It was a pleasant experience overall! I was greeted by Lydia at the door and she kindly showed me around the two sample units which were well-designed and decorated. Her patience and professional knowledge helped me understand the intention, vision and motive behind the project. I am confident that 29Reserved will not only set a great example to the future development within the city of Melaka but also provide a true home for future residents who buy the property.

Lastly, the central park area is my favourite design which you don't always find in other residential development. Great work applaud to the 29Reserve team for putting together such project. I love it! 😁

We are happy to write a review on our recent purchase of a unit on the property development called ‘29 Reserve’, which is situated in a fast-growing expanding Kota Laksamana, Melaka.

We have always been looking for an apartment with excellent securities to live in. As both my grandparents are getting old, they are looking for a place to live in as the present house has many levels, and moving upstairs has become an increasingly difficult task. This property is very suitable for the elderly or downsizers to live in.

We went to look at pre-launch sales together with our Singaporean friend who has recently bought a couple of bungalows in Klebang. He has provided a different Singaporean perspective on the property value in Melaka especially in the fast-growth areas of expanding Jonker Walk, Kota Laksamana and Klebang area. He immediately booked a unit on this property. The ‘29 Reserve’ development is situated on 9 acres of land, and is spacious, only has 355 units, comprising of 5- storeys buildings with lift. There are plenty of surrounding gardens and green spaces and facilities. According to him, such developments are probably unheard of these days. The property is well situated, and is within walking distance to banks, plenty of eateries, and nearby hospital facilities. We were told there is a supermarket opening soon in the vicinity. The price of 500+ per square feet is just about right. Of course, it is much more expensive as compared to the high- density and high- rise launches in the area.

Living in high- density and high- rise buildings has always presented numerous insurmountable problems. Issues like a proliferation of Airbnb or short-term rental units, maintenance and collection difficulties, and noises, leaking floorspoor workmanship, and noise pollution etc. We hope the developer will ensure that the workmanship and built is of good quality and proper rules and regulations regarding friendly communal living are in place. A proper and well- maintained gardens and facilities are an added advantage. With all these in place, I believe the property value will be enhanced in the future. Thank you for reading this review!
