I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by BRDB, particularly by Ms. Yvonne Tan. As a property buyer, I have the right to receive clear and professional communication regarding important matters such as the VP date, maintenance fees, and facility discrepancies. Yet, my initial inquiry was ignored until Ms. Nadiah stepped in to respond.

When Ms. Yvonne finally replied, her response was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Despite my repeated requests for the appropriate contact information for the leasing and customer relations teams, she refused to provide them, making it unnecessarily difficult to obtain essential information. Her tone was rude, and instead of addressing my concerns, she simply told me to “wait” without offering any concrete solutions.

BRDB also does not provide a proper platform for buyers to make inquiries, forcing customers to rely solely on email for updates. To make matters worse, their staff refuse to provide the correct contact details, leaving buyers without a direct way to communicate with the relevant teams.

I am quite disappointed with BRDB, as I initially believed it to be a reputable developer with strong customer relations service. Unfortunately, this experience has been very unpleasant and does not reflect the standards I expected from a company of this stature.

However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Nadiah for taking the time to respond to my inquiries when no one else did. Her professionalism and willingness to assist were the only positive aspects of this experience.

BRDB should ensure that its staff upholds professional standards and treats buyers with the respect they deserve. I sincerely hope BRDB takes this matter seriously and improves its customer service, as such behavior is unacceptable for a company of this standing.
