I’m the owner here.
This is a very worst and poor building, the ceiling keep leaking from Dec 2021 until now, the management keep pushing this responsibility to us (owner).
Our ceiling leaking because of the roof top matters, BUT we need to bear the cost and consequences that caused by developer!!!
And this is not the first time!!
Now my unit keep leaking keep cracking
Even the floor tiles also can crack! Wall tiles inside the toilet also crack! Ahahahahahaha what a jokes did I bought!!!
Pls contact block B 25-05 owner.
If u guy willing to settle with me again!

Nasa city is a big place. The proposal to develope this place is including a space for shopping mall but not sure when all this will be completed.

Centra residence is a good place to live.

Sales person at sales gallery very friendly and helpful.

During end of year 2019, developer offer 22% off from SPA price for bumi lot. This is very good time to acquire one house here.
