Nova Mulia rented out their unsold units by rooms in Grace Residence. I was one of the tenant.
On early Nov 2023, they announce to all tenant that tenancy will end by 30 Nov 2023 without further extension. Every tenant will have to vacant the rooms by then, which we did.

Here's where they start to play tricks:
1) Finding any possible excuses to deduct our deposit, after we hand over the key, even though I had video shows the room is in good condition. In the end they still charged me RM300 for room cleaning fee, claiming that I left a broom in the room and the floor is dusty, thus this penalty charges.

2) They dont bother to return deposit to us or to pick up our calls. We (tenants) tried to call the PIC (Siti), she turn off the phone number for weeks. We tried contact other Nova Mulia numbers (Liam Goh, Huey Min & others), they responded in a rude manner and ghost us right after, no sense of responsibility at all.

As per tenancy agreement, they should return deposit to us within 14days after we vacant the room.
After countless of call attempts, I got back partial of my deposit on 3 Jan 2024.
Till today (24 Jan 2024), some other tenant still yet to get back their deposit.

Throughout many unpleasant events dealing with this developer and overheard of many funny stories with their projects, Grace Residence & Grace Harmony, do not ever trust them.
