若想订这家loft最好你们问清楚check in流程先。据我所知host好像有几间, 我是住这间白色壁纸的。
我订了3晚在maritime suite penang的住宿(2+1)(住2晚先多几天再住多1晚)，host非常不礼貌而且讲话很串。
Check in maritime的流程如下：自驾到大楼只能把停放在大厦前的临时停车区，停车时间不可以超过15分钟。 下车去保安柜台register你要去的楼层，保安才开玻璃门让你上楼去，去到住宿门口用密码来开钥匙盒，里面有门匙和大夏卡及泳池卡。拿了钥匙要回到楼下去，把拿车驾进指定的停车场和停车位，把行李搬上住宿后才算顺利入住。check out的话也要先把车驾出去大夏后，再去保安大厅搭电梯上楼到住宿门口，把门匙和卡放回钥匙盒，再下楼去拿车。
预订住宿后先要给deposit rm200，过后host才会把check in的流程send给客人。当我看到流程后我只是说一句那么麻烦呀，结果host就像发了疯似的轰炸我，串我说：嫌麻烦的话叫我住酒店之类的话，说我讲话没有带脑出门。你以为他只send一个留言？结果他又继续的send多两个留言轰炸我 都是叫我带脑出门，讲话要带脑之类的话。
host真的莫名其妙。要不是已经给了deposit及non refundable，我是绝不会去住的。就因我是住2+1相等于这流程我要上下多一倍，所以我只说一句那么麻烦有必要让他发疯似的轰炸我？我给朋友听host的留言, 他们纷纷都叫我看能把留言post给别人知道吗, 那种语气那种话 听了直叫人冒火 怎么可以让他那样侮辱。
屋内的两个杯有几个缺口，洗杯的时候差点被缺口割到。loft楼上的冷气不够冷。大片落地玻璃的上方看到墙壁和玻璃之间的裂痕。放在屋内的卫生纸不够，应该是host没注意到。钥匙圈已经损坏了扣不到钥匙和门卡，害我check in的时候上上下下电梯和停车场 把钥匙给掉了，幸亏找得回。

Good location that easy to get to the town. And also they have their own parking area. My family really enjoy with the view from room.

The house is spacious and nicely furnished. Very recommended for group travel. The location is very strategic and easily accessed to convenience store, cafe, restaurant etc. Totally worth every penny. Great service from the host/management too.

Never sending us check in details at all and rude answer to me. Overlook my message etc.
We are not able to check in at all.

So who have the same experience kindly PM me ,
Legal action have been file so U all can let me know if have whoelse not able to get back deposit etc.

The seaview and location is fantastic, however the facilities is under maintenance... The water heater and shower head is broken... It is challenging to shower by holding the shower head...

Booked this through Airbnb, this rental suite offers a magnificent seafront view. There's 2 Bath and 2 Rooms, on located at the second floor. However there's no laundry area, so the only place we could dry our clothes was through the small area behind the bathroom located at the first floor. We couldnt seem to connect the TV but that's fine, it's can get a little dusty unfortunately...

Worst experience ever. Avoid this holiday rental at all cost.

We had issues checking in because the host never sent us any checking maunal. We were trying to reach him in agoda chatbox and calling him for an hour. When he finally pick up instead of checking his record he immediately blamed us for never replying any agaoda invox message. Which later on he found out it was his staff forgot to send is the manual.

When we finally check in to the flat, he threatened to kick us out if we dont pay him deposit asap; which we only know after receiving the checkin manual and it was already late at night but he insisted to send his helper to come collect the deposit. We did tell him it was late at night and we would wanna rest up, then he accused us not being cooperative.

The apartment is different than the photos in Agoda. It was definitely not as elevated as it looked in agoda. Wifi is breaking all the time even tho there is just only 2 devices connected to the wifi.

The bars were playing loud music downstairs till late midnight and you could hear it in the apartment.

It added a great deal of stress to our trip because of this apartment. We cancelled our plans for the first night in Penang becuase we had to sort out the apartment and deposit. And when we check out we also have to arrange a time for his helper to check the place and give us the deposit back.

I highly recommend you to not book this holiday rental so you can actually enjoy your time in Penang.
