Vorrei dire la verità su queste che sono solo stanze con bagno in comune. La mia camera era grande e pulita, ventilatore e a/c. Tavolo e sedia, piccolo specchio. Nessun letto, solo 2 materassi sovrapposti sul pavimento. Ma sui siti viene venduta come casa privata di molti mq. Solo perché fuori dalla stanza c'è un tavolo e un lavandino con un erogatore di acqua calda, o bollente. Il bagno era diviso con wc e doccia solo una, e un altro solo wc. Per 7 camere. Lavatrice a disposizione nel retro dei bagni. Le porte non hanno nessuna sicurezza, e hanno spiragli grandi. Si sente tutto dalle stanze affianco. nel corridoio che divide i vari vani con le stanze tutti i motori dei condizionatori si fanno sentire. Lo trovo caro di prezzo per ciò che offre. 3 piano con ascensore. Palazzo vecchio.Buona la posizione. Molto maleducate le persone che lasciano nel piccolo bagno i loro effetti personali, togliendo agli altri l'unico piccolo piano di appoggio.

Comfortable & cozy. Very close to Burma Road bus stop, Sin Nam Huat Restaurant and Penang Adventist Hospital. Room clean & quite spacy, have aircon and ceiling fan, also hangers & its space. Have 2 bathrooms (inc.shampoo and bodywash) and toilets. Facility : washing machine, ironing board, standing fan, fridge, dining table + 4chairs, sofa, kitchen sink, water dispenser, eating & drinking utensils. If there's a chance, I'd like to stay there again, hope there'll be special price😆 staffs friendly and very helpful. Nice stay. Keep up good work and success be with you guys😆👍👍

My overall experience was nice. The price is very reasonable. The unit is big and the design is modern. It has a shared common space and bathrooms with many rooms available. My friend and I felt quite unsafe when we reached the unit but after staying for few days, it's actually a very nice and comfortable place if you don't mind sharing bathrooms and so. The tenants were well behaved so it's not that dangerous as we thought. They have almost everything provided here, from kitchen utensils to shampoo. I especially love my room and bed, too comfortable to sleep on. The room is clean with simple design. And the landlord is very friendly 🙂

Value for money. Very good location, even though it is jalan burma which i thought was going to be busy, it is at the other end of it and it's a lot quieter. There is ample parking spaces. Don't really like entering from the back side of the building as it is dirty and feels insecure. The one thing it m they could have done better was to email me specific instructions for check in. I emailed them twice to ask and they didn't say anything about it. When I got there, nobody was there to do the check in for me and i only saw a small scrap paper on the wall to contact. Wasted half and hour of my life to check in. Security is questionable as the main door is not locked. Only a lock for your own room door.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms with easy check-in/out and ample parking. Great location near Youth Park. However, poor soundproofing and loud water pump noise make it less ideal for light sleepers.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking to get a Thai visa, I chose this place cause it was only 20 minutes walking for the consulate.
The room I was in (13) was spacious, had big windows and a desk, plus it's own bathroom.
The only thing I didn't like was the balcony cause it was a bit dirty and full of cigarette buds, it would be nice to have some plants there, it has so much potential for a relaxing morning reading.
The receptionist was very friendly, you get free cold water and there are a couple of fully equipped kitchens if you want to cook and big fridges.
Def not a backpacker place, but more for people who came for medical reasons, therefore quiet and private.
Could heard a bit of the street noise at night but nothing that couldn't be fixed with earplugs.
Overall it was a pleasant experience;)
