The existing Orchard Ville Management by so far is very good among the other teams. The manageress Ms.Siti Husni is a well-mannered, approachable and dedicated person. She and her management team are always responsive in solving different matters without delay. They helped me few times especially when having to deal with difficult neighbour. Thank you very much for managing well OV. It's very much appreciated.

Ask! Before you buy your new property (condo), you must ask the developer first. If the developer is hiring this Management company as your condo management team, please take a consideration.

This management allows the defect team to do the repairing work everyday after 5pm until 7pm (hack, knock, drill). Including Sunday!!!
They didn't care about the resident living.

The building executive also provides ill mannered, poor attitude. He thinking his own the building.

frankly zero star but due to google required at least a star for this post. called and confirm an appointment a day before with condo building manager and the manager did not show up at all! no notice given, i'm a new owner i haven't even move in. just let me go all the way to the condo and wait for nothing! I managed to find out the manager is on leave for today from his colleague. so if you're on leave today, why did you confirm the appointment for today? even if you have emergency leave, you should at least inform me. i have the whatsapp text as a prove.

Thanks Kent from HQ for reaching out and tried his best to arrange with the PIC. I'm in the midst of liaising with the manager. Hopefully everything will goes smoothly.

Terrible service rendered by the management office... The worst management office that I deal with...staff wrongly give the advise, the management said is the staff error, not the management office issue. Staff not represent the company during sign off the application status? Who give the authority to the staff to sign? Please think about it. Check your review in Google instead of finding an excuse!!!

Many emails sent to management office but they never acknowledge receive and didn't reply at all...

Don't tell your customer that shortfall of staffs to handle the case as too many units..why don't hire more staffs? Shortfall of manpower is owner's fault? As owner, we didn't pay management fee? As you can't handle out request promptly, can give discount on Management fee? Think about it!

I called Kent at Allied to ask him about getting a replacement remote for our autogate. Within minutes he sent me an email with three autogate contacts from their records. Due to his quick service, I was able to replace the lost remote within about an hour. Kent has been equally helpful about other matters as well. His promtness and communication skills are excellent--the right person for the right job. Very impressed.

Update 29 May 2024 - still no word about meeting to address concerns about the professional integrity of the company and staff.

The following was written several weeks ago,
Thank you for your reply and offer to write to your customer care them. I see no point in that, as I have written about 8 times last year to the MO requesting to meet with the management of Allied Group to discuss serious concerns about how you are managing our property. I have not had any response at all.

There are many concerns about the professionalism and integrity of this company - the latest, which I view very seriously, being your staff actively encouraging proprietors and proxies at the last AGM to approve what effectively amounts to a blank cheque for the MC. Concerns raised about this agenda (also prepared by Allied Group) were actively ignored.

Allied Group would know who I am. I will update my post when Allied Group is professional enough to meet to address my concerns AND to take active steps against MC members who breach the SMA or House Rules.

The professional integrity of the company and the staff is questionable.

No star ! worst management office of all. They currently handle granito and no response at all. Give wrong advice on the renovation rules and always change the rules anytime they want. When call them no response also. Good luck to those future people who has use their services
