I stayed at the Lucentia Residence with Widebed for 3 months and it was fantastic. New apartment with great facilities, perfect location and an amazing room.

The Widebed team was very helpful from check-in to check-out, very professional and always available. Much better than the usual AirBnB stay.

It was a very good experience and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

what a bad service, i stayed 5days in the d-majestic place hotel and requested to change the beddings after 2 days but no one came in even i pushed the button and worst thing you have to call them everytime you need anything to fix the TV and digibox is very old even the batteries for remote is not included...No toiletries provided and need to buy outside...not recommended. disaster experience

Excellent initial experience when booking our Widebed unit. The representative was lovely, accommodating and went the extra mile to help us book the unit. Our 1-month stay was acceptable for the price, but somewhat disappointing in how slow and/or non-responsive staff were to a few issues that arose (wifi connectivity and door lock related). The unit was spacious and in a lovely area of KL. Furniture was somewhat dated and some items were stained, kitchenware limited, and items like towels, extension cords/adaptors, light bulbs, etc. must be supplied by the tenant. An ok stay if you're not expecting the same level of service as an AirBnb. That said, it's at a lower cost than most AirBnbs in the same building, so you get what you pay for. Security deposit was refunded as promised.

I would recommend this company, because they are very responsive and they have great front desk team. The unit was clean and beyond expected. The area and neighborhood is safe and the most important thing that the unit is near mosque.
