Don't ever invest in their property.

go look up Galleria Equine Park review on Google. Hasn't been responsible with their lifts for almost 3 years! (as far as I live there) 1 time, the management decided to only run 1 lift out of 4 for 3 months. Residents were distressed.

Please, don' t you invest in their property or shares.

No good. The lift at G1 only 1 lift working and people park at CP3 walk up to their unit by stairs.

Walk up all the way to 22Floor due to every time the one and only lift reach cp3, the lift already pack with people.

Being staying here sin 2018 and this lift issue never being worst than today.

The MO always give excuses and never solve the issue.

Don't buy property here or with this developer. 😕

If I can rate zero star I would but 1 star is the min Google map requires.

The quality of GOB is very questionable.
I bought Galleria 1, 3 years after Vacant Possession, leakage from unit above started.
The leakage is happening at the kitchen area, toilet and even master bedroom.

GOB refuse to take responsible, using excuse of DLP of 2 years over. Refuse to acknowledge this leakage is latent defects.

Take no initiative to investigate how could such leakage occur just 3 years after VP. No effort at all, except reply DLP over
Does not seem interested to know and avoid, so does not occur for future property.

Beware, GOB property as good as 2 years only.

Careful those planning to buy equine park galleria 2. Buyers of galleria 1, are having issues with this cheeky developer. Our electric & water bills are under commercial. Water bills are RM36 minimum (commercial rate) !!! Crazy. Our tenants are complaining & some are already moving out.

Careful potential investors. Now SEEMS LIKE developer & current management are playing dirty tricks.

Looks like they are trying to force buyers to accept & form the JMB as quickly as possible, even when the documents are not complete. So that JMB has to deal with the commercial rate issues on our own!

Is the Developer & management trying to run away + cuci tangan?

Check for same potential problem at galleria 2 BEFORE BUYING !!!!

When selling last time, say all residential. Lucky TNB accept buyers appeal to change to residential rate (only after multiple meeting & discussion).

Most property here in Equine is lease hold. The developer of this is Kelab Equine Berhad. They are the developer of Galleria, which next to the McD. In term of staff service and response is excellent. But the quality of contractor and workmanship and landscaping need to be improved.

Property Galleria Taman equine, both new and old phase with poor workmanship(Architect is Archimatrix Sdn Bhd). Credit department is lousy, customer service not helpful, only know how to "taichi" all thing to credit department.

Will not buy property from this developer anymore. Very poor workmanship considering the price is not cheap either. Late handover and tried to find way to compensate with the minimum. It's big lesson learned and will only buy from top developer only!!

I will not buy anything from GOB, reputation is the most important aspects in buying any property. I will not hesitated If only google can allowed me to give negative stars.
