Very poor support after purchase unit from ideal.
Services like tnb arrangements may required wait for atleast 2 months after application.By the time you already pay for 2 months bank instalment.
Even cannot walk in to register by ourselves to tnb.
Next, everything must go by appointment only whereas now everything we can do via online.
Also wait for the queue.
All running by typical Chinese and everything or services money minded 💰 💰 💰

Poor service, called for appointment, reach but find out no open because of Thaipusam. Hello? Then why didn't mention when I call? Google also didn't mention that today no open. Wasting my time

Service super lousy and irresponsible!!! Make payment earlier but end up get the key late. Use the stupid whatsapp to arrange queue somemore.. inorganised. Shame of being a big reputable company. Called in and staff keep push to each other and end up problem no solve!!! This is the last time i will buy from ideal, really lapsap
