Royal Strand, Danga Bay - This LDS supposed to be a management agent for properties but they are more like a gangster and crook, so they suck very well in managing properties. In Royal Strand Danga Bay, LDS is assigned by COB to be the management agent. Here our parcels go missing, security system not working and changed without owner approval. After changing security system, immediate failure of system. Pools not cleaned with hair, debris floating everywhere in the pool. Zero maintenance of property. Security non-existence with break-in and theft, even motor cycles parked in the building has their 2 wheels stolen. The remaining motor cycles left standing looked quite funny. They don't answer to owners and are like emperors because COB allow them to do so. LDS also bully owners as they wish. They just spend building management funds as they wish because there are no reports published to owners on the funds usage. Owners are in fear of LDS. Finally LDS also changed out the security team and put in place a new security company who does not provide any security which is why more and more security issues.

But I must be fair to LDS because they do some things very well. As a gangster, they are very very good, they can bully owners as they wish and still get paid very well and probably use building management funds for their own happiness. I say probably because LDS is not willing to share any accounts to owners so owners want to check but not allowed. So if your property is looking at getting LDS, good luck to you.

Worst management company , irresponsible , manipulative , lies to owners in lovell and royal strand danga bay.
Suspicion of misuse of power between COB Johor and LDS management under Adrian kheung.
1)Gives false information to owners that they directly only need to communicate with COB.
2)Operates without MC and is afraid to hold AGM.
3)Buys a card access system that failed within one year in lovell.
4)Never informed owners that CCTV systems failed for one year and pretending it works in lovell.
5)Rude , arrogant staffs that does entrapment to owners.
6)only manages for money and does not take of the properties as stipulated , does not follow SMA 2013 laws , becomes a dictator.
7) Maintainence staffs is rotated with multiple projects , not qualified to repair cctvs , card access system .
8)Depends fully on your owners maintainence money and targets big projects instead of maintaining it.
8)Not transparent based on accounts and hiring contractors brings in poor quality like security guards and even staffs that don't know their jobs.
9)Staffs will not serve the owners , they serve Adrian kheung and will go against plus hide conceal information for the boss.

Never allow them to control you and if you already have them in your condos , immediately hold an AGM, terminate their contract.

Dangay bay is in a mess under their management.
Some of the staffs are able to do work, but not all.
The top management to take a closer look at the situation and make changes needed to improve things.

Management hired guards from private contractors without giving them proper training. Day and night, these two guards on bike patrol are making some nasty comments about students staying in the rented units in Kampus West City. The Malay guard is known for making rude remarks during early hours in the morning around 4a.m. to 6 a.m. thinking residents inside the units can't hear him. Very unprofessional. My coursemates in Jalan Kampar 4 and 10 share the same thing. Theft is rampant here and having these unprofessional guards go up and down also not helping. It's still ongoing. Management not proactive - key card access on the ground floor not repaired, left spoiled, giving strangers easy access into units. Aren't the monthly rental paid to ANTZ include maintenance to repair these door access? Speechless!
