The design and build quality exceeded expectations — thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and attention to detail throughout the property. It will be good if they can make the car park turn bigger as bigger car might not be able to turn up easily.

The management team is responsive and professional — maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear.

Would definitely consider future projects from them and highly recommend to others seeking peace of mind in their property investment.

CRM is responsive always ready to help with any issue. Developer also organise event for the community. It's a trustable developer with multiple projects. However, the facilities and features can be improved in the future. Last, developer is generous to provide gift to the residences.

We took our keys back in Sept during the VP for 8th Stellar and within 1 and half month, the defects were done, with a bit of chasing but the work was done.
After moving in, we noticed there were a little toilet defect but it was also done very quickly when we submitted the complain. Rather efficient I would say.
