Service Teruk . Buang masa dengan urusan jual beli dengan agent ni . Time Mintak deposit laju . janji nak update segala urusan dgn cepat . Lain kali check betul2 rumah tu confirm nak jual ke tidak . buang masa je deal ..time nak refund balik duit bukan main lambat lagi .. msg lambat balas , call tak angkat . macam2 alasan tak logik dia bagi

Agent tak okay. masa awal saja okay, dah dapat duit terus takde adab. bagi agreement lambat and nak suruh sign segera, kita pun nak baca amik masa jugak baru sign (siap perli lagi). minta nak tengok apa apa suruh kita direct owner. agent perempuan liyana.

Beware of this unethical agency, They are very dangerous to deal with.

The agents arrange tenants to rent my house, i hold the house for the tenants for two weeks & fixed all the issues request by the tenant. After that the tenants change their mind & agent finds another unit for the tenant without giving me any compensation for holding the unit for 2 weeks.

Very unclear, uncivilised & unethical behaviour.

i dont wish to gv that 1 star. this is my second time dealing with their agent. 1st time service was good. due to the trust i contact back the same agent for my hse sale. but 2nd time was total frustration.
1. i gv the hse key but that doesnt mean u cn simply tk over. they inform me whenever brought clients to view.
2. i gv a range for selling amount. by right they should start from high to low but sold for the lowesr amount & the worse part they only infom me after tk booking fee from client n force me to sign the form. the agent argue on this via phone conversation almost 1hr. i would say they misuse my financial situation to mk income.
3. the agent also never communicate woth lawyer regarding bills issue, but when i asked her she said yes informed lawyer. obviously the lawyer not lie to me.
4. there was another agent follow the initial one. when i discuss above issues with her, she insulted me about the pending bills.

the house was my last option and only source to make things right. the agent knws about it well. yet i hv no idea why they did this to me. i really not able to disgest or forgive. this is totally unprofessional. i wont recommend this agent or the agency to anyone anymore.

Great Casa Realty Sdn Bhd best agency that have more than thousand property agent under them. Which this agency provide more benifit and a lot of training and activities to their agent. Who want to be a property agent, kindly find leader from Great Casa Realty which they will teach you to do side income.

Got to know Seetha from recommendation. Out of so many agents I’ve listed with, I find her to be the most sincere one. When she helped to vacuum my unit without being asked (kenot tahan see so dusty), I knew she’s the one I can depend on. Manage to rent out my unit after 2+ months working with her.

To compare with, 3 agents I’ve approached gave 0 leads. I engaged with an online platform for 4.5 months which resulted in tonnes of inquiries and viewing but nothing fruitful as the pool of leads are mostly non-local who’s interested in short term and zero deposit, which is risky in my opinion as the platform itself does not act in landlord’s best interest.

No comment regarding agency but I had a very good experience dealing with this particular agent. Recommended for those who want to rent out their unit in Setapak / Wangsamaju / KL.

Not really a good agency. Staff are not responsible. No action taken from the complaint. Go to other property agency if you still have other choice. House promise on early of month but delay till mid of month and still collect the rental

An agent here by the name of Zaimah Zamri is a liar and a fraud. This company seems to advertise fake properties, makes false promises and doesn't deliver a single thing. Everyone should avoid this company and especially Zaimah Zamri. Especially foreigners, should beware.
