Very disappointing experience with both the developer and the management in terms of communication and execution.
• Defect rectification: After handover, only minor paint touch-ups were done. The tiles and windows were completely left untouched, yet the system marked the defects as “completed.”
• Facility issues: Rodents spotted in the facilities area, and the problem has persisted for over a month without resolution. There have also been incidents of strangers trespassing into residential floors, raising serious safety and hygiene concerns.
• False advertising: The advertised shuttle service does not exist. The management claimed it was “never provided” and even suggested I walk as exercise. Meanwhile, the developer’s department promised it would be implemented “within 2 months,” but half a month has passed with no progress.
• Pet-friendly policy confusion: Two departments provided completely different answers regarding the pet-friendly policy, showing a lack of consistency and accountability.

Overall, from handover to daily management, the experience has been full of mixed information, avoidance of responsibility, and delayed problem-solving — a stark contrast to what was promised in the marketing. I hope the relevant parties take these issues seriously and honor their commitments.
