I also own a unit at AP , so far it’s haven’t encountered any issues. Whenever i speak to the site workers/staff , i always follow up with an email to the developer’s HQ. This helps ensure there’s a proper record and this approach leads to a smooth and efficient handling on matters encountered. Hope this helps

To anyone considering purchasing a property from this developer — think twice.

The workmanship is appalling, clearly reflecting poor contractor selection and a lack of quality control. Agents have misled buyers with false promises, including claims that a perimeter wall would be built to make the area gated. Upon closer review, this was never part of the developer’s scope. When questioned, they shift responsibility by calling it a ā€œcommunity initiativeā€ — yet no such committee even exists.

On 24/7/2025, in Phase 3D, a serious security breach occurred: intruders stole aluminum doors from the trash bin areas of six homes. This is not an isolated issue — it highlights the lack of basic security measures.

The key handover process was utterly unprofessional. No walkthrough, no guidance — just a signature, and you’re left on your own to locate and inspect your unit. Even more irresponsible, the TNB fuse was deliberately removed and buyers were told to install it themselves. Any damage incurred is to be borne by the buyer, despite the fact that tampering with TNB equipment is illegal and unsafe.

For a double-storey home, the developer still only provides single-phase electricity. Upgrading to three-phase would cost less than RM5,000 per unit — a minimal investment, especially when TNB infrastructure is already available. They simply chose not to do it.

I have in hand a 125-page defect report — a damning testament to their negligence. If I could share it here, it would speak volumes.

Think very carefully before buying from PPC or Glomac. The experience has been deeply disappointing and riddled with red flags.

U can request the developer’s staff to install the TNB fuse and ask them for join inspection. Thank God! my propert only had minor defects.
