Came with my wife and baby I was greeted by a very friendly and professional agentMr Hui who take his time to show and explained to us on the all the options available even gave us a few financial options and he was not pushy at all overall, well done Mr Hui if confirm will definitely come back to find you.

The project is good. Near all the facilities. My experience there is not a pleasant one bcs our sales agent very pushy and need us to confirm the housing loan agreement right away after viewing, they push it like buying rm100 item. Overall i would say, this project us must have for anyone looking to buy property

worst experience. The sales agent told me that i will need to sign pre-snp for me to be able to get rebate and not the purchase of the house. suddenly they put a front page cover stating it as SNP. I was trying to cancel but i need to pay almost 3k for me to revoke the so called “PRE-SNP”.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had already submitted my loan application when I found out that my unit is a Bumi Lot—something the agent failed to inform me about. Apparently, OSK prioritizes selling to Bumi buyers the Bumi lot units first, and only after the Bumi quota is fully taken up, then Bumi buyers can purchase non-Bumi units. This crucial detail was never disclosed to me by the OSK agent.

Additionally, the level numbering does not change to 3A if the number is 4, which is a major concern for Feng Shui.

Another frustrating issue was the financing. I wasn’t allowed to use my preferred banker and was instead pushed toward the SJKP scheme which comes with a significantly higher interest rate (4.1%–5.0%). This is not a transparent or customer-friendly sales process. I expected better. Really bad.
