The great news about this place is that you'll never run out of things to do. Everyday you will have to sweep the broken ceiling dust and pieces coming from various windows, tomorrow you'll have to rectify the drain that stinks like mad possibly due to an in-built piping issue, the day after your house electricity will jump due to using the brand new branded german oven and you will have to pay money to get it replaced. Or you will find that the door lock doesn't work properly, the door can't be shut properly without brute force. You think it's resolved? Great, the next day your aircons break down in less than a year of usage. Fun. Be prepared to have to go down every single time you have a parcel, food delivery, and have to do it in record breaking time. Card reader to enter often doesn't detect well, resulting in long queue for cars. Taking grab? It's faster if you walk in instead. Your private lift lobby isn't really private anyway, since lift contractors can access it any time. Doesn't help that I see the lift maintenance crew more now than the cleaning crew, with one of the two lifts being down almost every day. Multiple misaligned fittings just adds on to your daily frustration.

Fantastic place for retirees I guess, since you'll always have some problem to fix on hand.

If it weren't for the locals' obsession with land, to be frank, the overall quality of this project is far higher than all the so-called terraced houses with land on the market: high cement grade, high-speed and stable elevators, multiple sky gardens, sky swimming pool, gym, cigar bar, chess and card rooms, reading room, saunas and high-rise clubs, excellent air convection, reduced humidity, double-glazed sound insulation, good views, walking distance to the central city and Central Station, some units facing Singapore and even facing the Singapore Sands Hotel, convenient customs clearance, and benefiting from the planning and construction of future transportation hubs. In contrast, the new terraced houses in the area are not located near the central city, all have low cement grade, single-glazed windows, and walls that are generally extremely thin and lack the minimum insulation masonry structure design, which cannot avoid the humid heat evaporating from the surface, and the so-called garden(s) designed are just outdoor parking spaces, and the back garden(s) are completely missing. The narrow gap between the front and rear terraced houses is difficult for fire trucks to enter, and there is essentially no quality of human habitation.

Bullshit. The visitor entry process here is absolutely terrible. It’s unbelievably slow and feels like a complete waste of time. For a so-called premium building, this kind of inefficiency is unacceptable. People have things to do — standing around waiting just to get in is beyond frustrating. The management seriously needs to wake up and sort this out. It’s not about being “secure,” it’s just poor planning and execution. Honestly, it gives a bad first impression of the entire place.

Very poor noise insulation in what is touted to be the most Atas condo in JB. Especially if you have inconsiderate neighbours. Also, can hear a lot of the roads even with windows closed and staying high floor. Poor workmanship all around the house with poorly installed doors and fittings.
