Conveniently located walking distance to CIQ. The development is huge and we had the unit just facing the straits on a very high floor. The rooms are clean and very well managed. Highly recommended and will consider to book again if going to jb.

I was looking for a peaceful and quite place to rest and they delivered. They have an accessible place and its easy for grab drivers to locate. I would definitely come here again.
Checking in was also easy and straightforward. The admin was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

The walk on the sheltered walkway to CIQ from the nearest block (phase 1) is about 15 minutes. Visitors to phase 2 units is either (a) on level 4 of the mall (where owner has to cross over the link bridge to allow visitors in), or (b) across the street via carpark below the blocks (security guard is at the entrance of carpark). F&B outlets at the mall are quite decent. There’s an unpleasant smell at the open air entrance to the mall (at level 2).

There is no complaint about the house, it's clean, friendly host, but not Muslim friendly. No bidet in the washroom & 95% of the restaurants in the area are non-halal

The floor tiles were loose and the swimming pool was quite dirty. Also when trying to unlock the door it always took us 10mins plus but thankfully the cleaner helped us to change the battery. The stay was nice and I enjoyed it. Will come back soon!

I don't stay here. From outside view, look so beautiful and security very firm when to enter the building. Overall, have to ask the tenants for more information.
