Worst developer ever, let residents VP before the construction is fully completed, there is a huge safety concern. The finishing is far from the expectation, technically is not tally with the S&P spec sheets. Reported defects but don't want resolve, only know how to throw the ball to each other, main con, developer and MO. If you wan to purchase any projects from this developer, think twice, triple!

Lousy developers...and main con Juta Asia messy construction bad finish..construction still on going even after VP..report defect it takes 2 months also never solve properly..pls think twice,triple before buying their projects!!!!

Lousy. Rectification work takes more than2 months. Ask for updates nothing done. Email few times no response. Very disappointing
