Loving what the developer has done in Anggun City and all the conveniences that comes with it. I am excited for the upcoming new commercial too. Truly redefine "Rawang" & upgraded livelihood for the residents nearby.

I am an owner of Templer Residence Phase 1. There seem to be major cracks issues at houses and the Management of Templer doesn't seem to take any severe action. The quality of the house built is completely contrast to what has been promised. Completely low quality for the money that has been paid. They seem to have been delaying responses just to drag until the end of defect liability period so that they can wash their hands-off and say it is no longer their problem.Very much disappointed with.the quality delivered. Thus, those who are looking for a property at Templer Residence, advisable for you to opt for other housing developments.
Their houses are with severe structural problems.

I really love the environment here at Anggun City. It’s a well-planned township with plenty of amenities nearby — shopping, eateries, schools, and even a private hospital not too far away. Perfect for families who are looking for a balance between convenience and a more relaxed lifestyle away from the city hustle. Highly recommended if you’re considering a new home in Rawang.

Recently revisited Anggun City, and it was a big WOW to me, as compared to 4 years back when I came here. Anggun City has transformed into a successful commercial area, and just got to know they will be running events from time to time. Definitely gonna bring my family here for the next event.

The guard house was well-managed and strict with access, which made me feel safe and reassured. I visited Anggun City recently and it left quite an impression on me. You don't have to drive far for your daily needs, everything is within reach like retails, eateries, education even International school. The developer really put effort into built a community 👍

Had such a fun time hanging out at Anggun Rawang! Caught a movie at TGV Cinemas, did some shopping at AEON and Uniqlo, and wrapped it up with some super tasty fried chicken at Jollibee. Of course, OOTD shots are a must!
