Very very bad management.. you're moving in your own things, you're not allowed to get into the parking...!!
I've never seen such thing elsewhere.
some weird way of people having thirst to prove they have power !! Management gives wrong orders to make life difficultfor people. I forgot once my access card and asked one of them to help and I was weak simply he said no i won't, insaid i live here and you see me often... " no we have orders not to punch for ppl" !! Other security guards harass people, you cannot put ur feet in water while sitting by swimming pool, u cannot play football even in a small space, u cannot sit at night by swimming pool ..he made my children cry once because of hostility. Another disturbed my guests, another didn't wanna open parking for my visitor. If you're buying or renting here be ready for a lot of stress. Good luck !

Staying at Subang Avenue in Malaysia has been an absolute pleasure, and I would give it a full 5 stars! One of the standout features is the excellent view from the unit. Whether you’re gazing out at the city skyline or enjoying the surrounding greenery, the scenery is peaceful and refreshing, providing the perfect backdrop to unwind after a long day.

What makes Subang Avenue even more convenient is the array of stores located nearby. There are plenty of options for groceries, dining, and even shopping, all within walking distance. Whether you need a quick bite, want to pick up essentials, or feel like indulging in a little retail therapy, everything is easily accessible. There's also a variety of cafes and restaurants, so you’ll never run out of choices for food.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy city living without the hustle and bustle being overwhelming. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it a breeze to get around and explore other parts of Malaysia. I found the neighborhood to be lively but not overly crowded, offering a great balance between convenience and comfort.

The overall upkeep and cleanliness of the building are also commendable, and I felt safe and secure during my stay. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located spot with fantastic views and great amenities nearby, Subang Avenue is definitely a top choice!

The place is relevantly quiet, yes below it seems like a dead mall. But, place wise. I think it's one of the best location. It's near Aeon, Subang Parade, and Empire for shopping. It's near the bus stop and subang jaya LRT for transportation. And you can just cross the road to go to SS15.

The downside maybe is that they have minimjm facilities, don't have the water refill station, lobby, and any shop. But you can go to the shop nearby!

Location wise a good place to stay. Apartments size around 1000 sf moistly 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and some 1300sf with balcony. The rest all fine but no mini mart. No water dispenser and the elevators are very slow and no proper lobby for the residents . Because the main lobby occupied by the mall which closed many years ago not yet open back
