1. Kawasan hotel tak sesuai untuk yang dah berkeluarga. Big no.

2. Bilik tak bersih, cadar & bantal berbau.

3. Toilet licin. Macam toilet rumah kita kalau tak cuci seminggu tu.

Hotel bajet begini lah kan. Jangan nak expect yang lebih2 lah….

I have booking 2 room for my business trip. The room that i stay super deeper dirty and I complain at CS. The bedsheet dirty request to change it. CS told me we dont hv cleaner to change the bedsheet. And told me the bedsheet just wash and is clean.

I have told Her i cannot accept it, please change my room. CS totally silent, no replay my msg and ignore me.

My body feel itchy and cant slp.

Avatel Hotel not far to Bukit Mertajam town .All rooms with air-conditioning,wifi,work desk, wardrobe,hangers,flat-screen TV,mini fridge,toiletries,towels,instant coffee.Water dispenser on each floor.Free parking front of hotel.Next door 7-11, groceries mart,Thai foods mart.

Owner take easy action not concern at all
Air conditioner in poor condition
Pillow case and pillow itself too bad totally expired
Myself first room check-in room service not completed change to second choice no window and lastly the third room aircond so hot water dropping from the air conditioner
Overall this hotel should be banned from operation
Not worth at all

The hotel is OK. Clean and the girl at the reception was cordial and helpful. The room is OK, AC is good, shower was good.The eateries are a bit far away.

no water heater, first floor water dispenser in repair condition.
