Electricity cannot be checked during the inspection of the house as there is no proper connection. Instead of giving a proper solution for the defect, requesting us to look for another electrician is an absolutely irresponsible response and used as is where is basis clause as the reason for not rectifying the issue.

Good location. The development is the best in Rawang, with a resort feel. It's not that far from Kepong or Kota Damansara.

Extremely disappointed, I bought Camelia, just got VPed recently, but the said "make good condition" before handover promised by developer is totally BS, they just simply clean up the floorings/tiles and consider ready for VP, and left with very obvious defects on walls, stains on staircase hand rail, watermark, cracks, I can't even open the main door properly due to uneven surface, it is that Obvious! long bushes growing at yard/car porch and rubbish thrown around... (look likes they don't really care anymore, just let owner to log defect anyway, that's the attitude and work ethic that as owner I am feeling being treated with), yes it is understandable that there could be defect and there is a defect liability period, but the handover condition is just not as promised and 100% overrated, like they said will repaint the exterior due to wear and tear for about +-2yrs of being an empty unit and clean up the bushes within the unit premise, but all these end up being empty promises, reflected to management, they just push the responsibility back to contractor saying short of manpower, mco... taichi here and there.
They claimed themselves renowned developer, but at this premium selling price, the delivery doesn't meet the standard at all, the price I am paying for this is kind of workmanship is totally unjustifiable. Initially I thought it is just me experiencing this, but looking at the reviews here I know I am not alone and it's not that I am asking too much, but is the developer that is unprofessional, irresponsible and not keeping their words.
At this moment I am considered done deal, bank loan released and VPed, too late to regret, but 100% will not stop escalating to developer and management until they make things right. Lastly, I urged anyone who is planning to buy a unit here to really seriously reconsider, honest opinion from an owner.

One of the house owner, i bought camelia and signed S&P (already a completed unit during my first visit) since Feb 2021. Agent clearly told me within 3 months can get the key.

Until October 2021, only I receive the key. Within the period, I keep asking why so slow, I asked my lawyer, my banker. The reason is from developer, keep say MCO office no open, cannot settle document, delay and delay and delay, every reason also because of MCO.

After getting the key, request for Defect Rectify. Management say normally can settle within 1 month, then I wait, within this period I keep checking with them about it, and they reply because MCO AGAIN , not enough manpower, contractor no reply. After one month, totally no update yet, now i am still waiting.

Honest speaking, if you are rushing to get the house, don't ever purchase from this developer. VERY SLOW, and they will reply u Everything slow also will BECAUSE OF MCO.

* Defects rectifying is slow.

Overall quite disappointed.As most comments, houses here are full of defects. Please have a look at the unit before purchasing one.

This is my personal experience as a house buyer of Tamansari BRDB township:

1. Very unprofessional communication and follow up from the previous BRDB Customer Relationship Executive handling my unit's defects.

2. Their main contractor MTL is still rectifying recurring cracking defects after 1.5yrs and a plumbing issue is still pending for over 6months. This has caused great distress and inconvenience to me and my family. MTL has also been dumping construction rubbish in our neighbourhood and BRDB doesn't seem to pay attention to this obvious matter.

I've been very disappointed with the overall management. Hope the new CRM will turn things around.

Guys, am one of the house owner from Camelia Tamansari. LIKED my comment if you interested to see the defect video, i can share on fb and all social media. trust me, you will definitely get shock when you see the house full of sticky notes, here cracked there scratch. How heart broken when you spent that much to see most of the wall cracked or with water mark. Then developer and management will cincai cincai entertain you.
