A very livable condominium. Directly from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Central Station. You can walk back to the condo from Central Station by walking through the building. Walking is also great. You can also enjoy the lush scenery of the lakeside garden, history museum, and mosque every day.

For shopping, go to the supermarket in Central Station. The main selection is Muslim products. The gym is located on the 55th floor. There is also a pool. During the New Year, you can enjoy fireworks from above. I'm very happy to have a room with a buzz tough.

Very bad experience with this building. The delivery box charges are unreasonably expensive. The floor in the unit was damaged and the landlord ignored it, never came to fix. Security guards are rude and inflexible. I went out in my sleepwear to pick up a package, and even though the guard saw me leave, he still refused to let me back in without scanning the access card. Overall, avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money and deal with unnecessary stress.

1. The building management office sucks. They have a terrible attitude and are highly inefficient at work. Access card can not use so many times that makes you unable to enter or leave the house like normal people do.

2. Security so rude that will shouting and pointing finger to your face when he is talking to you.

4. The parking lot often has a strong smell of paint. However, since the management office did not inform the security guards, the guards are not allowing us to park in the visitor parking spaces where there is no paint smell. As a result, residents—including the elderly, children, and pregnant women—have to endure this strong, nauseating paint odor every day when leaving and returning home.

5. The equipments at the gym has been broken for almost two months and still hasn't been repaired. It just needs new cables, but I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix.

Overall, is not a good place to stay.

This is a luxurious condo with an excellent view of KL City. The pools are on the 55th floor, and the view is amazing. The condo is well-managed, and the security is very strict. It's also in an excellent location. There is a covered walkway from the condo to KL Sentral, providing excellent connectivity to any part of Malaysia. It's a great place to live.

Living here for three years and drama of the building management has non stop. Strongly advise people don’t rent here. Such a rabbit hole. Everything you need and do the building management will take advantage from you. For example, if you want to have delivery send to your home, it will charge you! And there is not many service they provide. Consider this is luxury residences, it is a shame they run it so poorly! Not to mention, the management team are very rude. After finish my lease we will leave. DO NOT RENT HERE! For your own sake!

The parcel is too big to fit in the designated box, the guards are not willing to safe keep it for 30 minutes. I am in my trimester and the package is too big for me to carry. I have to apologize to the delivery man to redeliver the package when my husband will be home. The amount of energy and time wasted by so many people just show how incompetent management is.

Update: This condo is run by a bunch of greedy crooks. They force you to replace the sticker on your access card and charge RM10 for one card. 1 sticker for RM10 They think daylight robbery is ok because no one can do anything about it and they have no integrity. Teo Sui Ka.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I can honestly say this has been one of the worst experiences with a condo management I’ve ever had. The management committee is completely incompetent. The MC, who isn’t even a resident here, makes decisions that make life difficult for everyone living in the building. He’s argumentative, condescending, and downright nasty, clearly showing no regard for the residents.

A prime example of his disregard for residents is the recent decision to charge RM2 per day for parcel storage after 24 hours. When the residents voiced their concerns and objections, he simply ignored us and dismissed our feedback with condescending remarks. On top of that, no large deliveries are allowed, causing even more inconvenience.

It became clear that the real reason for the charge is greed—an attempt to profit off residents as if the already high monthly maintenance fees aren’t enough. The entire system feels designed to take advantage of residents, not support them. I honestly cannot recommend living here with this kind of management.
