I had a very good experience with Noveen he gave me excellent advice, was very helpful, and quickly found a solution when I pointed out that the car was dirty. For his service alone, I would give 5 stars. However, the condition of the car was disappointing. It was quite worn out, not properly cleaned, had dents, and clearly not well maintained. I understand it's not a brand-new car, but would still expect better standards for this kind of service. On top of that, the tire pressure had not been checked, and had to take care of it myself. There is definitely room for improvement on the car quality and preparation side.

We had a great experience with Flux. Raja was very helpful throughout the whole process, making sure all the documents and steps were handled smoothly. Communication was always easy and clear. We’re renting a Proton X50 for a year and couldn’t be happier with the car. Overall, highly recommend Flux for their excellent service and hassle-free experience!

It was very easy to book a car with Flux. From the start till receiving of the car was very smooth and friendly.
I got all my questions answered by the on call team member and got clear answers.
Then Yusuf was cordinating everything clearly and guided during payment process. He was friendly and clear on the details.
The car arrived after one week as promised.
Nimal is the one who delivered the car. He delivered the car right on time. Communicated the ETA earlier and came to place directly on time. Very friendly and supportive. Provided all the required details and helped to get to know the features of the vehivle too.

Bad experience with flux, car handoff was okay. But found out there’s some brake problems but they keep assuring it’s okay and declined to change vehicle. Took one week to get it sorted to swap. Returned vehicle, still haven’t got any deposit back after one month and keep delaying giving estimation dates. Very unprofessional way of dealing business. In my sense it’s a bit sketchy as after I got the 2nd vehicle, they asked me to sign a new contract with them and pay all the fees over again. Is it my problem that you gave out a faulty vehicle? I only got the vehicle for one day and I already got in touch with them stating the problem. Couldn’t believe this bullshit going on. Up till this date still no deposit refunded. Will bring this matter to kpdn

I can only speak from someone who’s renting her car to Flux. Don’t do it if you’re considering. They’re not responsive, they don’t bother collecting your bank account.

My car was collected on July 1st and still nothing on 3rd September. No email no message. The collection day was a nightmare, it shows that they don’t have a good system in place, I was contacted by 2 different agents, one of the agent was asking me to send the exact same files which I have sent to the first one, saying he’s asking again because his colleague is on mc which is super unprofessional and irritating as it’s taken up my time.

I was also contacted by 2 different drivers, the first one was rude and pushy. They didn’t give any advance notice I was at the hospital when the first driver just said he’s coming.

Sent an email to them pertaining this issue but they ignored it. Sent another email today pertaining not receiving any news from them pertaining payment or getting my bank account even. Had to pay for the first car service and still did not get paid my monthly rental from them.

I definitely made a mistake by renting it off to them thinking it’ll be smooth and easy. I wouldn’t have left this review if they bothered to get back to me and address this issue.

I’ll be looking for ways to get my car back if this persists and to get the money owed for these months that I still have to pay for it.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Dear Flux Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my rented vehicle under Flux. The outstanding saman issue has been pending for over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups with your staff, Mr. Adam, I have not received any response or update.

This delay is now affecting my ability to renew the road tax, which is due by 11 October 2025. Additionally, the car is also due for servicing, but I have not received any instructions or support from your side.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and support in resolving this matter. Please treat this as urgent and provide a resolution or update immediately so I can proceed with the road tax renewal and car service without further delay.
