My husband recently rented from NEXX and we had such a great experience! They dropped the car off to us, have is great instructions on how to find the key/use the car, and picked it up from where we left it. It was seriously so convenient and hassle free. They were so flexible and accommodating to all of our needs. When they quoted a higher priced car (new and immaculate) for us at first, we told them we couldn't afford it and they looked through their inventory for a car that was within our price range.
I commend them on their great work ethic, convenient service and professionalism. I highly recommend you rent from them. I definitely will next time I am in Malaysia.

I recently rented a car from NEXX Car Rental during my CNY trip to Malaysia, and I was very impressed with their service. Compared to other car rental companies I've used in the past, NEXX was quite responsive and easy to work with. The booking process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions.

We rented mpv/van from here three times and had a mixed experience. first two was OK. While the rental process and the initial customer service were good, we encountered some issues that left us/me very dissatisfied.

First, my husband noticed a swerving issue with the car's balance when returning the car. He brought this to the attention of the renter, saying that it might be his fault. The car drove fine during the rental period, from what I think might be just from wear and tear ( or from our full load capacity for all passenger seats which is normal for them to expect, and long distance drive to Terengganu) but unfortunately, a significant amount was deducted from our deposit at the end without any explanation.( Which also took weeksssss for the deposit to get back, including our first two rentals)

The most frustrating part of our experience was the lack of responsiveness from the renter when we tried to reach out after renting is done. Regarding the deposit for all of our car rents, we sent multiple texts, but received late or no response. We would have appreciated some communication and clarification regarding what had been repaired and why it was deducted from our deposit.

While the initial rental experience was decent, the issues with the car's balancing and the lack of communication regarding the deposit deduction left us with a less than satisfactory experience. what more, the thumbdrive that we accidentally left in the car we last rented was not properly communicated for return. We tried wanting to meet somewhere to collect it but renter is not responsive nor helpful, I don't think they care much.

I told my husband we are not renting any car from this place. ever again.

Edit: what a way to take advantage of replacing tyres and take deposit money- lucky to have customer who complained of noise after a long drive, supposed to be wear and tear maintenance for you. Plus..Until today also no thumbdrive

Competitive pricing with an excellent customer service. I was able to rent a car (Bezza) in less than 24 hours - included a free car delivery to my address. There's a delay with getting my refund back after an inquiry. Overall, it's a reliable car rental provider

I rented a Proton Saga for a few days and it turned out to be quite well maintained and fuel saving. The rental procedures were simple and the rate was relatively low. The car can be delivered to your house for free on request. However, the company should be more responsive when contacted by potential customers.
