I was left disappointed by two things during this rental:

1. The MPV I was given was very dated - at least 10 years old. The upholstery had stains, and the infotainment system not up to modern standards for Apple CarPlay. Ultimately had to buy my own phone stand so we could navigate better. I did not expect this type of car - especially as I called in advance to request for something decent for our family AND the images on their website suggest more modern versions. Very disappointed.

2. Forced to pay RM160 extra charges for returning my car 2 hours earlier. I've never experienced this with any other rental agency, and when booking my rental it stated the rental office was open 24 hours. Really left a sour taste, as we dropped off the car...

Car was fine, but the overall service quality for our family was a big negative - hence the review score.

Thank you Gary for supplying a good condition car, you were very helpful and hope to deal with you again in future. The only negative comment is about the deposit amount, while you charged us RM 1500, after negotiation (it was initially RM1800), other agencies charge RM300 only. Maybe you should reconsider.

Good price however as I made the booking on a third party site, when I arrived they wanted extra. After some back and forth they agreed to waive the extra charges.
Car was alright, alignment was off but only marginally.
Lots of reviews regarding deposits not being paid back. I got my 1500 ringgit deposit back in 2 days.
Overall decent rental company.

Lost and found!

I accidentally left my bag with my passport inside after the car has been returned.

Thank you Colly at the airport counter who tried her best to resolve the issue! I’m grateful that the memories I had in Malaysia is lost and found!

Just rent a car and had an outstanding experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition, very clean, and ran perfectly. A huge thank you to Colly for providing truly excellent service! This is the most shameless car dealership, a garbage company that cheats money without refunding and cheats consumers with the trip platform.
This company is so disgusting that it doesn't even refund the deposit! Fraud is less than RM 1200, so don't refund it together with the joint platform!This is what I made an appointment for in trip.com!So please friends who want to rent a car must recognize this sign and be careful about this company in software.
This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever encountered. I didn't receive any information that a deposit required RM 1500 at all on the platform. I only decided to place an order after seeing a deposit of RM 150. As a result, I went to the store and the clerk there asked me to sign a deposit for detaining RM 1200!
It's the first time I've encountered this situation. I've rented cars so many times that I've never encountered such a ridiculous way of thinking about his home. The clerk also said that this is for foreigners, but I'm a local, and I've already indicated that I'm a Malaysian driver's license!
Fortunately, I found another room temporarily, so I don't need this outrageous practice at all. It's really a lie, and cheat people doesn't need to lie to the locals!

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid a deposit but never received it back. In hindsight, it was my mistake booking with them, as I had a gut feeling not to proceed—and I was right. The deposit was never refunded, and they were unresponsive.

Don’t be tempted by the cheap prices. It’s better to spend a little more and go with a reputable rental company that gives you peace of mind. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company at all.
