Terrible neighbor. Some guys smoke cigarettes in the elevator even though there is NO SMOKING sign. They don’t mind.

Security guards and reception are not friendly and rude as mentioned.
Have to change lights very often. No ventilation in the kitchen. After cooking, the odor remains for hours. Cargo elevator was broken millions years ago but the main office doesn’t seem to fix it. Very inconvenient.

No speed limit at the parking lot. It might scares you sometimes. You gotta be careful. Gym equipments are rusty and broken. The location is good. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I feel so far. So I’m considering moving out.

Quiet homestay apartments located next to Pullman hotel, with the river mouth meeting the sea just metres away.
You can spend early mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea, gazing at fishing boats chugging in to unload their catches. Beyond the chugging, the faint roar of the sea and whiff of salty air are enough to make you drowsy.
The apartment my family rented was immaculately clean, scoring high in colour coordination with all the essentials, including washing machine and a full set of crockery.
It's also perfect if you're fastidious about security - long-term tenants and short-term guests alike need to have the security cards even to access the lobby...

The security is very unprofessional. Always have a problem with you and make you feel unwelcome and like criminals. They talk disrespectful to people. They deny access to the gym and swimming pool, securities excuse is that you need to own an apartment here to go there

Bad Receptionist, Just now I ask my colleague to drop some stuff for my customer to collect, but Receptionist there started yelling and scold them, then proceed to yell at other customer. Other people were shocked by this incident
