I used to rent cars only at big companies, so I worried little bit about using their service. However, they were very supportive, flexible, and helpful. The staff, Amier, helped through out registering EES for entering Brunei, and gratefully accepted my request to return at the airport. Thank you and I recommend this place.

I was looking to rent a car that would allow me to cross borders into Brunei. None of the other "big name" car rental companies permitted this, until I came across a link on TripAdvisor that brought me to Luth Car Rental's website. I got in touch with them over WhatsApp and found them to be responsive, clear and well-organised. They had answers (and options) to all the key questions. Though they didn't have a counter in Miri Airport, that was not a problem at all - they delivered the car to me at the airport, on time, on specs. We drove for a week, into Brunei, did a day trip to Limbang, and then drove inland a little to Marudi before coming back to Miri. At the end of our trip, they met us at the airport and collected the car from us, on time, no fuss. Highly recommended for independent travelers who wish to see this part of Borneo (Sarawak/Brunei) on your own terms and at your own pace.

First time going to Miri and I decided to find a rental company through Google. As risky as that might seem to some, I was willing to give it a try. And clearly I was not wrong nor disappointed. Luth Car Rental has a very attentive and customer-first oriented team who have a great fleet of cars at great value too! On top of that they were flexible enough to accept my 6 hour extension on a weekend at no extra charge, I mean wow! I recommend this company to everyone who are visiting Miri.

Excellent services, all messages sent are promptly reply with great detail. The car's fuel is almost fully filled when the key is handed to me. Even parking coupons are ready standby for use. The condition of the car is well maintained and the driving is very smooth. There is nothing I can say more but excellent service. Thank you for making our 5 days trip to Miri a memorable one.

I really would recommend them if you are looking for car rental in Miri.
Their fleet of car is clean and in order as they ensure it prior to handling to you.

Very responsive even through WhatsApp. They are also accommodating even though mistake was at my end.
