Thanks Moti, Anil, Musa and A Boy(our young driver) for their great services.
My sister and I enjoyed our 5 days trip under this agency from 16 to 20 May 2024.
We were received by Anil, Musa and A Boy at the airport. Anil introduced our tour guide, Musa to us. They accompanied us and ensured we checked in to Mulu park safely. After ensuring our luggage was in the room and we were comfortable, Musa took over our tour, telling us do and don't and gave us certain survival skills for caves tour. Our meals were provided at their own lodge outside of the park. I enjoyed the local dishes. A Boy would ferry us for our meal daily to this lodge. Breakfast would be in miri park's cafe.
Musa was very attentive and ensured we were always safe (Although he was a little bit shy but he is a good guide to have around). Anil briefed us on our next day's schedules after our dinner.
Overall, I recommend this agency to those who is first time to Mulu park. Their staff are friendly and ensure we are safe.
We tried 2 activities with the Park rangers and we found that the rangers were unable to focus on us as they had too many customers with them on each tour. With this agency, you get personalised attention. Although we paid more but we got the value for our money.

I found this tour agency via the MASWing website and I contacted the PIC, Richard and got a reply right away.

My friends and I (A group of 9) decided to book a 5 days 4 nights Mulu Tour from 30 April to 4 May. It was super peak season and we were glad that it was handled well.

On our arrival at Miri Airport, Richard was there to sort out our next flight from Miri to Mulu. He get us our boarding pass, helped us to check in our luggages and recommended some places to eat while waiting for the next flight.

On our arrival at Mulu Airport, we were greeted by our cave guide, Veno. We started our tour after lunch and went to Deer Cave and Lang Cave. Veno is such a professional and dedicated. All his explanation about the caves was so educational and intriguing. We were fascinated by it.

During the second day, he guided us through Cave of Wind and Clearwater Cave. As usual, all arrangement well done nicely for us without us worrying about anything. After the lunch, Nicholas took over the guide role and brought us to Camp5 and get ready for the Mulu Pinnacles hike on the third day.

Our Mulu Pinnacles hike’s guides were Philippi and Nicholas. Both of them have extremely good stamina and we felt safe hiking the Pinnacles with them. They are super fit and strong and gave us good tips on how to hike the Pinnacles safely.

On our last day of departure, there was some delay by MASWing and we had to take another flight. Philippi made sure he got our boarding pass ready and helped us to check in our luggages all the way from Mulu back to KL. Since the flight was delayed, he brought us to Mulu National Park and gave us a tour of the gallery.

In short, I am very happy with the services rendered by Tropical Adventure. They handled almost all the logistics, food, transportation, accommodation nicely so we can really enjoy our tours.

This place is very convinced which nearby airport and Mulu National Park. The accommodation and food are above our expectations. The manager Anil was so efficient and helpful. We feel like home for the three nights stays here.

Fantastic and unforgettable Mulu Pinnacles Tour, though the mountain climb was quite challenging.

For the nature lovers, this is certainly a good tour to join. The views are so scenic and I really enjoyed the stay in the middle of tropical rain forest.

We walked in to book a local tour and cave tours in Mulu. Honestly it’s the same you book anywhere, even if you pop up in Mulu National Park by yourself you can still get yourself a guide and enjoy your time there.
David greeted us great, but he ended up messing up our itinerary by sending us the wrong timetable and taking no responsibility in the end. And remember, this is the ONLY service that this agency offers. There was nothing offered to fill up his wrongful conduct.
The local tour guide was great actually. He leads tours for guests booked from all the agencies. So if you’re looking into a more comfortable communication, just book it from your own hotel or find the guide at the gate.
This agency wanted to charge us RM470 per person for a 2 day Mulu cave tour, almost 50% way higher than our hotel’s offer just fyi.

Thanks Tropical Adventure for arranging our flights from Kuching to Mulu. The 5 days 4 nights itinerary recommendation by Miss Sandy was ideal and sufficient to enjoy the awesome and magnificent caves visit, pleasant forest walk of Mulu Caves and the Pinnacle. Thanks for arranging excellent guides whom had help us to climb the Pinnacles (the ultimate goal of the whole itinerary). We had a wonderful and memorable time. Once again thanks for the excellent service and services rendered to my team of 8 pax.
