The service was prompt by the reception and housekeeping, keep up the good job! Both the water pressure and air cond were strong so a great recharge upon a day out. Very old hotel that seriously needs refurnishing. Up to standard, there wasn't any foul smell in the room and on the bed and pillow. Parking was available on the roadside and free.

I saw all the review online and most of them are good. On the day that i stay here i face some freaking problem.
1. The power suddenly shut down 2 Times. This freaking level 2 just been in blackout i repeat again TWICE IN A DAY!.
2. The room ( The floor is dusty and kinda have sand).
3. The TV (please change your tv) idk why but this tv seems already made it purpose back on 2008. All the other hotel around sarawak already have netflix and etc.
4. The water temp ( its freaking cold althought i already set it on hot temp)
5. The door (my door suddenly cant be unlock using the card) end up the maintenance Came and tell me that the freaking door battery is low.

Althought i have a bad experience but i really like that staff here, all of the take action fast when the blackout and this freaking door lock immediately.
Please notice this comment management so that this hotel can be upgraded and be in pristine condition.

great hotel! strategic location! friendly staff!
the room is so spacious for standard price rm120!!! book this hotel just for transit at mukah, but did not expect that it sooooo gooood! easy to find foods around the hotel. theres a lot of carpark available with cctv. for the room, the washroom water pressure is so good! also include with sanitary plastic, toothbrush, cotton bud, soap and a lot. ITS COMPLETED FOR rm120 hotel!!!! i love it

The rooms were as described by most reviewers. The room I’ve got was on 1st floor, room with window access to the terrace on top of the portico/awning. Requested for a smoking-friendly room, but was told that I can’t smoke when I dialled up the receptionist. Though I could’ve just do as I may seeing that there were traces of people smoking outside on the terrace.

It was okay, for the price. But given the fact that it one out of 2 standard hotels in Mukah, it can definitely be better than what I experienced.

The flooring showed how old the hotel is.
Bathroom was not cleaned well. There were moulds, watermarks, the bathroom door was mouldy too.
But, thankfully, they were all functioning well.
Though, the hand bidet in the shower needs to be changed. The shower partition needs to be added with a glass door or something, to avoid water from spraying out to the toilet area; could help with avoiding water damage on the door.

The bed was comfy, but BED BUGS! My body was itchy all over every morning. Had to endure it cause I am too lazy to make a fuss.

It was fairly quiet. But first night at around 3, my neighbour was still up with tv and music on quite loud that I can hear it; soundproofing please.

The service was okay. Though I was a bit upset by the receptionist during checkin. I came at 3pm or so. Went straight to the reception to but was told to wait; with a smug on his face; it was obvious despite the face mask on. Perhaps it was a long day. But, could’ve at least force a smile on seeing that you’re the receptionist? I waited for one hour just to finally asked again and was attended to for checkin. Then, what was I waiting for that long if you weren’t gonna check back in me upon telling me to sit and wait? What was the hold off for? ASHSHSH.

I had breakfast included, but it was mehhh. Though I still ate there cause, food is food and I am not one to waste. Can be better though.

The location of the hotel however was perfect. It was in central Mukah. Quite a number of eateries nearby. There’s a laundromat/dobi next building to its right. There’s a bistro for a chill night out too.

I stayed at 3D2N. unfortunately, I experienced bed bugs during my stay. I ended up with bites and found evidence after checking out. I’ve reported it to the hotel. This was really upsetting, and I hope they address the issue seriously. Be cautious if you plan to stay here.

I giving it full 5⭐️ i know the hotel is old. I hope the management will try to repair or change some facilities room by room. There a lot thing to monitor. If for business trip it’s recommended but for holiday, going there during festival season. Especially during pesta kaul(Google it my friend).The hotel is in the middle of the mukah town. There are a lot options for food / souvenir. Make sure go to pasar tani. Fresh fish and personal favourite - Tabaloi biscuits. I hope my review helps some of us to get a starting place for the next holiday.

The room is okay for working trip. For holiday not suitable. Ther service is quite fast, when you request something, the respond is from my experience within 5 minutes. The location is nice, in middle of "pekan". Got a lot of kedai makan you can go to.

Reasonable stay for one night. Room cleanliness is liveable but not that great (has mold in the toilet) and the sink was leaking from the bottom (room 309). Location is great, near to shops. Services is quick. Disappointed at the wifi isn’t great, can’t even get signal from the end of the room, have to walk near to the door to get signal. Amenities is reasonable, just have to pay 4rm for two bottles of water. No hotel slippers.
