Came here because reviews and recommendations from friends & family. My wife getting labor soon. We are from Langkawi and want our first child to be born here.

The doctors are exceptionally supportive and good. The nurses are so-so to me but still better than government 💁🏻‍♂️

plenty of parking here, paid on their property or free by the side road, choose what suits you.

My advice to local, don’t come for check up on friday, Lot of foreigners.

However the waiting area still ok to me. You might want to bring seating cushion on your own if your wife cannot sit for long.

I consulted with Dr. Annuar hossainy. Dr. Sarabjit Singh is very humble and friendly in treating patients. The staff in the ward were also very helpful when I admitted to giving birth. INS highly recommended!!

Saya xberpuas hati dgn layanan staff INS especially di bahagian wad bersalin. Layanan staff kpd customer sangatlah kurang ajar. Saya masih ingt nama staff tu Teha atau Fateha. Malah dia berckp kasar, gelak kuat & tinggi suara dalam wad bersalin. Bad service from your staff. I think INS should re-evaluate and be more precise in making decisions in hiring staff.

Suatu pengalaman yg berbeza apabila bersalin di sini, tiada suasana kelam-kabut. Dr. Annuar Husaini yg nmpk calm, nurse² yg bnyk membantu, Dan sentiasa prihatin dgn keadaan patient, Tahun 2021 bersalin di sini, memang Saya sendiri sangat berpuas hati dgn environment, keselesaan, yg byk membntu dlm proses bersalin.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care and treatment you provided during my moms recent surgery. Especially, Dr Ngee the special key hole technique of operation to remove a large uterus is very good . After operation, little pain ,fast recovery ,the hospital clean ,staff friendly. Shall recommend people to come for gynae operation here because cheap and excellent operation done. His expertise, professionalism, and compassion have made a world of difference in her recovery, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication put into ensuring everything went smoothly. The nurses in INS are also very kind and helpful. Love all! ♥️♥️

INS bagus. Dulu parking free. Tapi baru-baru ni tempat parking dah mula caj RM3.

Saya tak ada masalah untuk bayar RM3, tapi apek yang jaga parking macam haram. Sembang macam orang hutang dia.

Mula2 caj RM3 dulu dia ada bagi resit. Sekarang resit pun dah tak bagi. Tak tau dia duit simpan poket sendiri ka apa.

i just called their pharmacist just to check if they still have stock of pregnancy supplement. the staff there is so rude. she even asked me who the hell am i and why i want to buy their supplements. so rude. my first born lahir dekat ins so i selalu ambil pregnancy supplements there. but this time around the pharmacist is so rude. so disappointed

Saya baru selesai melahirkan bayi ke 4 di INS.. sangat2 berpuas hati dengan service dari doctor Dan semua staff .. Dr Ngee Pin Chong is always my favourite Dr.. Dr yg sangat2 calm Dan sentiasa memberi penerangan yg jelas.. Dr yang sangat berpengalaman.. terima kasih Dr. Ngee dan semua staff yg dh layan saya dengan baik..
