Be careful with the management of a certain project, they treat u like beggars after u buy their project.
treat you arrogantly without explanation or justification, just ignore the customer's request to get some clarification. promise to discuss with senior management and come back, but until now, quiet without any explanation. Can't be 100% trusted

My House Bandar Putra JALAN BANGAU. All got terminates we call office their said we use our own money to the pest control to kill the terminates wht the service the provide to our residence very disappointed your service very bad.

This is the second time I went to ioi office to make payments, but the cashier indian ladies staff was unfriendly,never great and show the bad face to me. And the talking volume so rude and unhappy.I really not satisfied with her service. Hopefully management will improved.
