Максимально быстрый процесс получения автомобиля в аренду. Сотрудники вполне понятно говорят английском языке, помогают подобрать машину по вашему запросу. На 1.5 суток самая простая машина обошлась нам 200 MR. Также огромная благодарность за то, что машину у нас забрали у аэропорта, не пришлось идти по дороге с чемоданами.

Fantastic service from Wardah Car Rental! It was my first time booking with them. Booked spontanously online at 2am the night before. Immediate confirmation followed by a follow-up message on whatsapp to confirm the booking.

Verification of ID and driving licence were done prior before collection via their website which was helpful for a fuss free experience.

Upon landing at Langkawi, Syazwan immediately contacted us on whatsapp. We were early but he did not hesitate to meet us immediately.

We met him at Door 3 and signage was very clear. We were brought to the car and was pleasantly surprised at the free upgrade to a larger SUV. He verified our ID and proceeded to explain the features of the car. He took a video of the car with the existing scratches and minor damages and sent us for our record.

We were very pleasantly surprised that the car was almost brand new with 3000km mileage only. The car itself was very clean. Fuel is full as well.

He proceeded to explain to us that upon returning the car, we were to contact him the night before to confirm the timing as well as location of meet up.

On the morning of the return, we fueled up the car to the same level and proceeded to meet Syazwan at the same area we picked up the car previously. No issues there as well.

We didn't have the best experience. Firstly we arrived at the airport and had pre purchased 2 car seats, neither of them were installed and 1 was broken. waited 30mins for them to try and install before they realised this. then we had to go to the office to pick up new car seats. petrol was one bar less than full on pick up and they told us to return exactly the same. on drop off they argued that it needs to be absolutely full? we had evidence (photos and videos) that it wasn't full to begin with. a bit annoying. the car was good and clean.

We recently rented a 7-seater from Wahdah Langkawi, and we had the most terrible and unimaginable experience. We picked up the car on Friday from the airport and returned it on Sunday at the same place without any initial issues.

However, an unfortunate incident occurred on Saturday. While driving, a speeding taxi driver hit our car from behind. Thankfully, none of us were injured, though we experienced some body aches. The taxi driver admitted fault by saying "tak nampak" (didn't see), leaving us in shock. The accident caused us a great deal of anxiety, misery, and sadness.

I immediately contacted Wahdah, and in approximately 30 minutes, their staff arrived at the scene and managed the situation. They provided a replacement car. The staff assured me that the accident was not my fault and mentioned that I might be liable for an "excess fee," which I needed to confirm with customer service.

To my dismay, upon contacting them, I learned about an excess fee, turning our holiday into a nightmare. Apparently, according to their terms and conditions, I would be liable for any damages or costs, even if the car was stolen or hit by another vehicle. So basically, anyone and everyone can hit the car you rent, and they will not be liable?

There’s this thing called Liability Reduction Option (LRO) and the insurance option they offered, detailed in their terms and conditions on their website. Despite driving cautiously and being hit by another vehicle, I had to bear the repair costs for the car I drove, a Toyota Veloz.

According to Wahdah, the taxi driver's insurance doesn’t cover the damage, and Wahdah had to claim their own insurance, which would take months to settle. Consequently, I was advised to pay RM4,000 for the damages to the car I drove. When questioned, I was told that an insurance claim through their own insurance would take a lot of time and that the excess fee would be much higher since the car would be sitting in a workshop, unable to be rented out to other customers. So, I was advised to pay the damage cost of the car even though it was not our fault. What did the taxi driver pay for? I bet nothing. This incident left us confused, sad, and angry. We couldn't understand why we had to pay for damages when it wasn't our fault. The taxi driver walked away without paying a single cent, probably just for the damages to his own car.

To top it off, after returning the replacement car, the person who collected the car WhatsApped me and told me to leave him a good review on Google. So yeah, what’s the point, bro?

It was my first time renting vehicle in Malaysia and my experience was smooth and really great! I cant tell you how much easy and fast the whole process was, from registering to getting a vehicle. Their service and constant communication to ensure everything is in order was absolutely admirable. The vehicle was super clean- and even when they messed up my child seat, they instantly rectified it on the spot. Thanks WAHDAH!
