Defect Customer service very unprofessional, they switch off their office phone 24 hour to avoid owner call in and ask about defect issue, escape everywhere from owner. How Our owner can believe you all can fix our defect issues? The funny thing is when submit defect form they just ask u wait at least 30 days without informing which day they will come for fix for defect, they also not allow us to start renovation until they come to fix defect, so we just wait and continue pay our installment with nothing. It's is correct way to treat your buyer like that.

When buying a house, they promise will give 1k ewallet redemption for promotion when collect key same day, but in the end they told me need wait for 30 days for finance process.Come on, Hap Seng is a huge listed company, it's just 1k only have to spend more than 1 month to release money?

Unprofessional after sales service! On their latest product in Akxxx Chxxxs Sxxth, defect were found and reported, fixed 3 times and issue still persists and was told to "wait and see".

Mgmt office building manager was not professional, guards were not attentive and not well trained, stealing issue happened and the projects is only a year old. Very upset HS Land appoint such quality staff to handle a good project.

Speaking from personal experiece, this is not a trust worthy housing developer. They package themselves well but that is all, just packaging.
Promises one thing yet gives another, irresponsible and lack professionalism.

This building having bouts of problem with piping. Almost every month having burst pipes & pipe leakage without fail. Hence water cut. Create inconvenience to Tenants.

Very unprofessional，they gives u an illusion that what you see is what you get. But in the end they lied and gives false promises. Everything keep delayed and the way they handled issues are very bad

Dont rent here, you will deal with very worse management. Take weeks to apply for renovations approval.
