The buildings are new and as one of their highlight are walking distance to Midvalley.
But.. It is taking FOREVER to build the bridge dragging from Sept 2018 to year end and until April 2019. The bridge is only half done!

Another thing is the parking fee here is freaking expensive! how expensive? 8hrs gonna cost you in the range of rm16-rm20 (1hour = RM2)!!
I wouldn't mind and rather park at Midvalley as the parking there would be slightly cheaper compared to here! Only if the bridge is done building!

Limited choices of food here and is not cheap..

My main beef with this place is that the access roads and signs around these buildings seem to have been put together by a blindfolded gorilla. They make absolutely no sense, so don't be surprised to make 2 circuits (or more) round and round until you find the correct entrance. Even then, the buildings are deliberately named to confuse you. I am positive that if you go to the center of this labyrinth, you'll find the Maze Runner kids trying to fight their way out

Mercu 3 has the worst building management. Guard are rude and no manners, always chase you away like you’re doing something wrong when you just want to drop passenger or pick up someone from the office. Unless you drive a Mercedes or BMW otherwise please expect getting “welcome” from them.

All entrances to the building will be locked during non working hour (yeah like they don’t expect people to work overtime or during weekend), including the auto sliding glass main door. They would lock the glass door without putting up any notice on the door, so lots of people who were not aware would bump into the glass door, because every one thought the auto door are supposed to be AUTO open! Why build so many doors when you don’t expect people to use it?!

Definitely NOT HUMAN FRIENDLY. I would give 0 star to this building. Not sure about Mercu 2 area but since it usually managed by the same management so I guess it would not be too different. Do not come this place if you like to have a friendly environment.

Place is not fully opened yet. The connecting bridge across to Gardens has not even started yet. Give it some months before using this station to get to MidValley. Or wait for the news that the connecting bridge is officially open. Otherwise, you might have to rely on the main roads to get you across, albeit very dangerously.
