I am sure this condo will catch most eyes when ready in 2024. The location is right in the heart of old KL with all the tourist attractions nearby.

Few disappoinment when I visited the sales gallery few weeks ago:
1. The sales gallery is located at an old building
2. No parking reserved for visitors and even staff. The security guard helped me to park simply at roadside. This is not acceptable to me.
3. The project site on a hill which poses safety concern to me as we have many landslide incidents in Malaysia. Even Sunway is a branded developer, I hope there is more explanation on hillside development available at the sales gallery like one in the KL east by sime darby.
4. I was a teacher at a school nearby. The road is narrow and unpleasant. I was told the road belongs to dbkl. I believe dbkl always welcome developer to improve the road condition but was told Sunway will not do anything about it.
5. Side to side single carpark only available for high floor units, others are tandem carparks. This means I can't rent one of the tandem parking out to others. I understand many developers have designed tandem carpark but like exsim provides tandem carpark + single carpark. I hope at least one single carpark should be available for all units.

1. Quality furnishing
2. Affordable starting maintenance rate
3. Access to jalan istana is convenient
