Every day there's various complaints from the residents. I regret for just trusting the agent to purchase the property. Should have conducted a background check before deciding to purchase it. Please avoid projects from this developer.

Please stay away from this developer!!! My partner have purchased a project call Cubic botanical and its the worse experience. Already paid EVERYTHING on mid of the month(wont specifically mention which month), and got keys the first week of the following month, AND STILL!!! need to wait for few weeks to install the meter for the electricity. And ALSO! condo is full of defects, I dont know what “LABOR” they have used or trained but it was beyond worst. Cracks on the floor with damage all around the windows, dirty finger prints all over the walls, sink was installed crooked. These can be done by the defect team but they say will need to wait for 30days in line. If you came across this house or deciding to buy this house PLEASE RUN!

It is a pity how the way cubic botanical was branded making the expectations of things to be of decent quality. Lobby is nice but as you walk you can feel there are very selective in making certain things nice. The finishing work is really bad and this vary according to units.

The way they do the facilities and all were decent concept but the bare minimum which is delivering an unit of quality is not there. Submitting and checking defects are painful. 3 months in and I still have more 50 open defects both new and old. I was happy that they fixed whatever reported the first time but that created alot more strains. Quality is definitely an issue.

I dnt think paying this sum should get this kind of quality. I haven't even move in and my flooring fittings are rusted -_-

Can you guys establish a task force to make good of things? We are just a bunch of owners that were very excited in our new place that has no intention in creating any chaos if you deliver it with quality and not endless cycles of resubmitting.

I'm very open to share more if ancubic team sees this. I want this to improve, I dnt want just look good from certain parts with lotsa issues.

Don't get me wrong their team behind managing the defect is responsive but they really on all these contractors to be on point. Something is pretty wrong and please review things before further headache

Worst developer, stay away if you can . Totally regret purchasing cubic botanical by this developer because unit handed over full of defects and the developer team is equally useless and just wash their hands off after handing the keys. They even cheated buyers on the parking allotment because they sell a dual key unit with a parking which cannot be rented to two separate tenants.Ancubic group is a failure so please shut down rather than wasting other people’s money in the future.
