I and my son stayed here as we just wanted a room for the night. We paid RM150 for a family room ( two single bed and one queen ) as all the others was full. The bed was soft and nice to sleep on the air con was good can go up to freezing cold.Toilet was built in. The owners wife is managing this place and she is very friendly and helpful person. ||For info this guest house is divided in two portion one is all wooden,and village staying feeling, this portion has a balcony at level 2 , where you can view the beach directly. The first floor rooms are family rooms 1x queen and 2x single bed ( double Decker ) with air con and built in bathroom. The second floor is 1x queen with aircon and shared bathroom.||The inner side of this guest house is made of concrete which gives a feeling of modern leaving. They have 2x queen bed and family room ( 2 x single + 1x queen) . You cant access the 2 floor wooden balcony from here. You need to go to the third floor concrete balcony to have a view of the beach from this back area. ||||As for Dinner :||Walk out from the guest house to the right, after 50meter you will see a seafood restaurant. Go to the one on you right. The owner is and Indian man with big mustach you can have a good seafood dinner with a reasonable price , beer is served.||||If you want something fancy and expansive look out for Ferringhi Garden Restaurant on your right before you reach this seafood place.||||Boat Side ( RM150 per boat for 1 hr ride ) and Sea sports are just in-from of this guest house.

price wise you just can't complain with the level of hospitality & cleanliness. i caME TO THIS hotel couple of times & the service has been consistently efficient for the price you pay. hats off! In terms of the location is just perfect all the food stalls are easily accessible with less than 10 minutes walk.

Few steps only to beach. Walking distance to night market. A very strategic location. Good hospitality and the room & toilet is very clean. Enough bed for us. Price is cheap & reasonable. Definitely will come back again. Friendly staff & good environment

Ali's place is cleAn and quiet. The staff was friendly and smiling- most of them. We payed RM100 plus RM2 for government tax and RM50 for warranty for a night in a room upstairs- the bed was comfy, the air cond went great but the room was still v hot during the day. The bathroom was pretty big and clean. No bugs and no insects unless you keep the window open during the night. They cleaned our room at request and provided clean towels everyday. Wasn't the best we could have done for the price but it wasn't the worst either.

Les + : propre, près de la plage.||Les - : cloisons minces, on entend les voisins ; la mosquée juste derrière, réveil matinal ; pas de petit déjeuner compris. Du coup, le prix nous semble trop élevé pour la prestation. Nous avons trouvé meilleur confort pour le même tarif dans un hôtel
