Very slow. Service..never picks up the calls. For enquiries..if at all the details are given for the docs to prepare the deceased family have to rush up and down. While they they just sit back and give inadequate info..also delays in submission, progress and accomplishments..its not a free service and the. Customers has to do all the running, i believe they are all there to serve the nationTo be better and lighten the burden of the people by catering the best guide for the ones who need to settle the mattersof the properties of their dear ones..i hope they will start doing their best.
