此楼很老很旧，卸货区没看到保安。
想问怎么进楼情况都没人可以询问。
第一次遇到这样的窘境。

后来联络到收货人，下来把我带上去。
楼上风景很不错，是草原还有联邦大道高速公路。

没有完整的送货SOP，只能凭过去的经验，处理此次送货。把车停在同行的后面，不妨碍其他车辆通行。

送大物件到这里很困难，因为卸货区到进楼区是一段很高的大斜坡。没有其他选择。同行看到这评论，记得备好适用的手推车，以及足够的人员。

Very sadly, it's a great apartment layout and location, but the facilities are old and there are issues with pipes and sewerage and almost all of the elevators! Landlord wouldn't fix the faulty toilet and sewerage outlet pipes, leaked all over the ceiling of the downstairs neighbours (shit everywhere), and couldn't use it properly for months. Had to use public facilities at times to avoid the bathroom flooding. If you are thinking of renting on level 27, contact me so I can share with you my experience of the slumlord from hell. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake we did with that guy. Let's just say, some of the owners are less than desirable to deal with! On the positive side, great cafes and eating spots, weekend market is a lot of fun too. But be careful with who you rent from: if possible, speak to the prior tenants to get their experience. Happy to have moved out ... more hassle than it was worth!

Greate location but no facilities and bad management office. No any basic facilities even. GYM equipments has broken sice last 2years. Swim pool not fuctining sice 4 months. MaManagement office receptionist is very rude woman. She getting angry when you ask a question. I asked to move out and owner gave me all the deposits but that rude woman asking 500RM deposit for moving out even they dot have any basic facilities. Lifts a broken everytime. 3 mens stucts inside the lift for 45 mins but this management office not taking care about that they just saying tey dont have mony for that. If you stucts on week end you have to wait untill mondy for coming out. Dont rent this sit. Only good thing is my have have a very good gentlemen as a owner.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Amcorp Serviced Suites JMB (Managed by Knight Frank)

Dealing with the JMB of Amcorp Serviced Suites has been incredibly frustrating. The level of inefficiency and lack of consideration for owners is simply unacceptable.

To begin with, owners and tenants are required to pay a RM500 deposit just to use the service lift—a policy that already feels excessive. What’s worse, the refund process takes an entire month, with no valid justification provided. This is not only inconvenient but reflects serious inefficiencies in management operations.

Even more concerning is that owners are denied access to the lift if they don’t comply with this unreasonable process. This is not just poor service—it’s an outright obstruction that unfairly penalises residents.

Such outdated and owner-unfriendly practices damage the property's reputation and deter future buyers. It’s no surprise that interest in this development is declining.

I strongly urge Knight Frank and the JMB to re-evaluate these procedures and adopt a more owner-centric, transparent, and efficient approach.
