If you want peace of mind getting a property, then don't consider getting it with them. Greatest regret is that I never go through the reviews on them before purchasing a property.

They will convince you by saying we are in this sector for more than decades. From the time of purchase, signing, settling documents, and collecting the key (with not even a proper key holder included as basic professionalism nor the keys was labelled), nothing was up to mark. Experienced on helping to handle and purchase 3 properties and by far this is the only worse one (unfortunately this property was for myself) that I learnt how an irresponsible developer will handle their client.

When dealing with a house developer who demonstrates a lack of flexibility and fails to prioritize customer needs, it's essential to articulate the concerns clearly and constructively. So here it goes :

- Lack of Customer-Centric Approach
It's crucial for Anastoria to recognize that the house-building process is not just about their vision but also about fulfilling the needs and expectations of their clients. Anastoria insists on doing things their own way without considering customer input (especially during the warranty period) which lead to dissatisfaction and mistrust. This approach have caused unnecessary stress to the buyer who trusted them.

- Inflexibility in Processes
A rigid approach to project management can hinder progress and create unnecessary stress for clients. Anastoria is not open to feedback and willing to adapt their plans to accommodate reasonable requests from homeowners. They do not practice -flexibility ; they might need to be educated that flexibility is the key to fostering a collaborative environment that can lead to better outcomes for both parties. Have experienced much better services with other developers who value their clients.

Adhering to timelines is critical in construction projects. When Anastoria fail to follow agreed-upon schedules, it can disrupt clients' lives and lead to frustration. Clear communication about timelines and any potential delays is essential. Anastoria should strive to keep clients informed and involved throughout the process to maintain trust and transparency. They would play safe by stating "we will try" regardless of the timeline stated in the agreement and lead the delays by months.

Very poor service. Late rectification on house defects. More than 2 months defect report submitted defect haven’t rectified completely. Repetitive defects. Ceiling leaking again and again!!!
