Honestly we enjoy the airbnb with friends and I love the nigth Vives strolling around, the lights and I think the pool area is small it feels for kids only but so far it's nice, just make the security be attentive because sometime we wait long to enter the car entrance.

Location wise if you have a vehicle that’ll be an advantage, the area around are surrounded by food stalls, mini bazaar and nearby Ampang Point (5 mins drive).

Parking wise, if you are driving long wheelbase or MPV do not ask for upper tiers carpark, choose basement lot as it’s easier to access.

Entrance ramp to upper levels made it nearly impossible if you’re driving up during rainy days, even on dry days it kept wheel spinning.

Apartment and access to units, you need to read the instructions given by the Owner or Rep to ensure you’re not confused.

There’s individual lift to your unit, muster lift area will be at R level.

The Apartment unit I’ve got from Airbnb was great though.

There’s Lazy River at Tower 1 level 35, access by the Fireman Lift, you need to book in advance to swim there, book through your Rep/ Agent will be easier, inform them number of pax as well, tried booking myself, there’s lot of hiccups, Security not at level 35 when I tried to book. ( not well maintained though)

Will I be coming back? Hmmm 50/50 not because of the apartment but more on the location, easy travel to shops around the area.

If you’re finding long term rent house pls run! don’t stay here lousy management never pick up phone and very dirty a lot cockroach 🪳 elevator always very slow cause too many Airbnb traveler

This place is bad. Do not stay here if you have kids or if you even want to enjoy any amenities. The pictures are a lie the pool is small, the lazy river doesn’t work and it’s empty for a reason, no one is there and it’s dirty. They make it seem private and you have to book the lazy river but no one is there to guide you or anything. It’s dusty and old. And nothing feels safe downstairs the playground is by the car park which is not safe for kids.

Good facilities but be careful , if you plan to rent this airbnb for short term trip , it doesn't give access to some facilities such as Lazy River, Gym.. those facilities are only for house owners. So be careful before make your book guys. there's also line problem here usually no bar at all . Other than that, nothing much problem.

A very dirty and stinky place to live
too many cockroaches everywhere
And some security guards are very rude and do not speak very nice to residents
And very bad management
People are shooting very loudly
The siting area is close to early compared to other towers around 9:00 pm is very early
Basically it's not worth it at all
This place with too many issues is very unique in the whole of Malaysia
