This is one of the worst developers you'll ever come across with.
Unprofessional and cunning. We were told there would be rooftop garden with facilities at the top floor of Zen6. But guess what? They quietly stopped talking about it and just built top floor units towards the completion of the building. The facilities are mediocre. They just give you the bare minimum to meet the facility requirements.

Parking spaces are horribly designed.

The drying yards? You're just given the metal railing.
Difference between The Zen and Zen6? Lol. Exactly same layouts and size. Zen6 owners are given only an extra balcony; 200sqft for at least RM200k extra compared to The Zen - enjoy your RM200k (minimum) view. Lol

The main door of every unit will be facing another unit. Where's privacy? Premium price but brain-dead designs. If I knew, I would have not bought.

Internally? You'll see many beams at odd places.

Saw one of their units and I really like that they use quality materials and good workmanship. This is the living room and I like that at the other end is the balcony with beautiful views of the sea

I’m the authentic The Zen owner and this developer deliver the project with a bad quality and empty facilities (different with what mentioned in brochure).

Furthermore, no visitor car park at all, and asking residents visitor to pay parking fees if want visit…Asia Green, this is so called commercial car park, not visitor car park ok?

Their target only try to maximise their margin by using the lowest quality as possible. Please make a better consideration if you plan to purchase their projects and good luck for the purchaser from The Pier
