物业管理处您好：

我对于保安亭的管理非常不满，必须表达我的强烈质疑和愤怒。

保安亭本应是小区安全管理的第一线，结果现在却变成了“东西放进去会不见”的地方。那请问，这样的“保安亭”到底是在保障什么？连最基本的保管功能都无法做到，还有脸称为“保安”？难道只是摆设？挂着保安的牌子，却没有半点责任心，这不是挂羊头卖狗肉是什么？

我已经听到保安方面回应说：“保安亭是开放区域，东西不见不负责。”如果你们连这个都可以理直气壮地推脱，那我想问一句——哪天我家要是真有窃贼闯入，是不是你们也会用同样的逻辑来推脱责任？

作为业主，我对你们目前的处理态度非常失望。我们缴纳物业费，不是为了换来“开放区域不负责”这六个字。如果连最基础的安保责任都无法保障，请问我们居住的安全感从何而来？

我希望你们能够正视这个问题，给出清楚的解释与处理方案，而不是继续敷衍和推责。请在三个工作日内给予正式回复，否则我将进一步向有关部门投诉。

We stayed at Baypoint, Country Garden Danga Bay for a few years, and while there were things we appreciated in the beginning, our experience over time became less pleasant.

At first, we were impressed by the architecture, the environment, and the overall concept of the place. The location is quite strategic — near Danga Bay and not far from the town. The swimming pools are huge and well-maintained, and the guards were always friendly and helpful. The house owner we rented from was also very kind and responsive.

However, after staying for a few years, we began to notice several downsides:

1. Crowded weekends– There is a small public beach nearby that attracts large crowds every weekend, making the area noisy and busy.

2. Smell from restaurants– There are many restaurants downstairs, and unfortunately, the cooking smell often reached our unit, which was very unpleasant.

3. Lack of privacy– Since our unit was directly connected to the mall, it didn’t feel private at all. The shared space with the public made us uncomfortable at times.

4. Airbnb units – Many other units are used for short-term Airbnb rentals, especially during long weekends or holidays. This added to the noise and lack of a “home” feeling.

5. Traffic noise– Our unit was located next to the highway, so it was constantly noisy, even late at night.

6. Poor butler service– Reaching the butler or getting assistance was often difficult. The service did not meet expectations for a property marketed as high-end.

Overall, while Baypoint has its good points like friendly staff, large pools, and a great location, the daily living experience lacked peace and privacy — which is important when you're staying long-term.

mild rating because eventhough we have been staying here for 2 plus years, we have been discriminated by not being allowed to use the buggy service, the security who were driving the buggy said its for Chinese only. We feel that it is not fair and felt disgusted for this behaviour and lack of service.

It's just an old building, so be careful if you're thinking about renting a unit here. Look for any cracks inside and check the AC unit—if it's old, it might leak.

Nice place to stay got Aeon, KK Mart, Food street, Mr DIY. Just the building look a bit old and got stupid pigeon & crowd. Other than that is good feel comfortable with the environment.

Our stay is at a clean homestay apartment. Good and friendly host. However, the location and ease of getting out and about from the apartment blocks are hassle, especially for large group of family where our units were at different blocks. You only get 1 access card and getting up and down in lift requires access via the card. Otherwise can’t go much anywhere. Mall is a bit under expectations, not so much shops. Food okay and expensive. Directions to blocks and parking are a bit confusing so have to do several rounds of pusing2.

Not recommended if traveling in large groups.
