I’m extremely disappointed with my experience after purchasing a unit from one of the projects. From the start, there have been countless defect issues and significant delays in rectifications. Recently, major facility problems have surfaced — including bursting pipes and blocked drainage — making things even worse.

The main contractor’s handling of complaints and repair work has been a complete disaster. Progress is painfully slow, with little to no proper updates. Many owners, including myself, have been stuck waiting endlessly for defect repairs, which has directly delayed our renovation works as well.

It’s clear that serious attention from higher management is urgently needed. The current situation is unacceptable and continues to affect too many residents. I sincerely hope action will be taken before the reputation of this development deteriorates further.

Bought a unit at All Season in March from this company because I like the layout of the unit. I trusted the agents and thought the unit is fine and signed off the s&p. A week ago, the grout cracked on my toilet tiles and made a loud noise. Then more tiles started to crack. My floor has more hollow tiles as there were movements on the floor when workers did the renovation, and the air pockets spread from tile to tile. Even the replaced tiles are hollow. All this happened without me or my furniture being moved in yet. This is a company that can't build condos properly for buyers to stay in. Be prepared to fork out a fortune to redo all flooring, wall tiles as the workmanship is shoddy. Be careful too if the agent agrees to change a hollow tile as the changed one will still be hollow.
