This company is really bad. My experience with this company during time to ask my deposit to be returned. They really worst at reply your text and they only take action if you call them directly. After 6weeks only get back my money but only 80%. I returned back the house perfectly, clean it before i left the unit. I gave them video. I repair back their lamp, washing machine and sink. Then they return to you the 80% deposit without justify what are the 20% they charged to you. They just ignore you until you ask, really bad attitude. I really piss off of this company or CIM management. Dont deal with this management or dont rent at this country garden area. Super high rental. You may get landed house if not stay too close to malaysia-singapore border.

well nothing much for me to say here but hmm anyways I just want to let you know that CIM MANAGEMENT if you're rented house under this companies please read;
if you go through the agent please make sure the picture are the latest one and double check the house for the defect in every inch of the place you rent.
before you signed the released of the place please read carefully and aware of what you gonna go through.
once you sign the agreement and you received the keys,go to the place first records and takes all pic of the defect as for crack, lights, imbalance paint wall,any stains or things that already lost part or not functioning well,make sure you get all that and keep it.
it's because you're not gonna get scammed by the company because you have the proves to that. And by the way the boss named Jackson investigate me like I'm the one to blame because of the list of the defect that one of the staff named weng seng do the inspection on the house put up the bunch of list like he never know of the defect uh what a nonsense and I just try to keep it up with whatever they up to.
After 5week later then I get money back.
FYI the agent not gonna help much once you done signed everything they will just ignore you left you hanging as you were just a trash🤣 . Anyways thank you
