Worst developer! Since september 2024 I cancel my purchase RUMAWIP Desa Tasik till now i didnt get back my booking fee RM5k. Please lah pulangkan balik duit I. Almost 6 months which half a year already tapi duit i tak dapat balik. I tanya law firm, law firm inform dah bagi pada developer🤦🏼‍♀️ now pending on developer side pula.

Rumahwip Desa Tasik Project already stop few months, the development currently only 10%. Hopefully the developer give explanation to all owners. Bank loan keep running, terrible developer.

Before buying, make sure to read this first!
This developer and their agent were the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. This is the rumahwip Residensi Desa Tasik, Bandar Tasik Selatan. The agent was incredibly irresponsible, rude, and unprofessional. She constantly blamed me for problems, failed to solve any issues, and only seemed interested in her commission. When my loan application faced difficulties, they offered no assistance in getting it approved.
The developer itself was equally irresponsible, likely contributing to the agent's poor behavior. This was the worst experience I've had buying a house.
Here's a timeline of events:
* May 31, 2024: I submitted all my documents after go to the showroom.
* June 13, 2024: The agent informed me of Bank Islam's 95% loan approval but mentioned waiting for Bank Muamalat's offer to compare the rate.
* June 14, 2024: She asks me to choose a unit and paid the booking fee.
* June 24, 2024: The agent revealed that Bank Muamalat only approved a 90% loan. She suggested proceeding with Bank Islam.
* July 23, 2024: The agent informed me that the Bank Islam loan was denied and asked if I wanted to proceed with Bank Muamalat's 90% loan. I declined due to the increased down payment.
* July 23, 2024: The agent suggested join name, which I declined as it would disqualify me from certain benefits. Then, the agent said might have other bank options in coming and put my case on hold.
* October 2, 2024: The agent called and asked me to return their call. I called back and she tried to sell me a different property in Bukit Jalil, which I declined.
* October 11, 2024: The agent informed me that my unit would be released as they couldn't hold it any longer. I did asked is there other bank in at the moment. She said “So far still same no other, somemore even those sign bank Letter offer might also couldn't get as the quota is full, just waiting list see luck. For those haven't obtain any loan definitely need reopen their unit. So just to inform you no choice your unit reopen.” I expressed my frustration at the lack of updates and the sudden release of my unit. Then the agent became argumentative, sending me irrelevant voice notes and messages. And asking me to sign the cancellation form. Afterward, I filled the form and return back to her and requested her to stop sending unnecessary messages and voice notes to me.
* October 26, 2024: I texted her about my refund and was told it would take two months.
* November 12, 2024: The agent contacted me to promote the Bukit Jalil project, which I ignored.
* November 27, 2024: I followed up on the refund and was told the agent would check with the person in charge.
* November 30, 2024: I inquired again and was instructed to contact the developer directly.
* December 2 - 9, 2024: I called the developer three times but received no updates on the refund.
* December 9, 2024: I informed the agent that I had called the developer multiple times. The agent said they promised a refund within 1-2 weeks.
* December 20, 2024: I called the developer and they informed me that the person in charge was on leave and call back again on January 23rd.
* December 23, 2024: I called the developer again and was told the refund would be processed within two weeks. I blasted them on call as keep delaying and making fake promises. At the same time, I informed the agent that I would report them to the police if I didn't receive my refund. The agent became argumentative again, claiming I wasn't appreciative of her efforts. 🙄

I hope this experience helps others avoid similar situations. I strongly advise researching thoroughly and choosing a reputable developer and a professional agent, especially for your first home purchase.

Additional Information:
* The construction of the house progressed very slow, with little visible progress since May 2024. Which it still hasn’t finished pilling, and I’ve heard that their workers always run away due to unpaid salaries.

Don’t trust this developer and their projects such as d’idaman. Don’t believe the agent keep changing the date of completion from 2023-2026. Project is and has been abandoned for years. Find other developer and project
