Buat kerja lambat. Deposit orang hold lama lama sampai 3 bulan. Bila call dengar dalam phone kemain berjimba ye staff. Nampak sangat duk office goyang telur. Kalau tak nak kerja, bagi dekat orang lain yg nak kerja.

Im waiting for my refund more than 6 month until now ( November 2024 ) not settle..the booking fees is Rm500, i pay on April 2024..as agent mention, if loan rejected, can fully refundable within 30days, but until now, nothing i get and the agent very not responsible only bluetick my whatsapp. Hope developer can refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased a unit at #Tuan2egacy in 2020, and recently collected my keys at the end of August 2024. Overall, my experience with the developer has been mixed, with some positive aspects but also areas negative feelings.

Positives:
Timely Handover: The developer delivered the unit on time, which is commendable. Keeping to the promised timeline, which earlier than committed

Quality of Workmanship: Upon receiving the keys, I was pleased with the overall workmanship. The unit had minimal defects, which were manageable, and the quality of construction seems solid.

Areas for Improvement :
Overly restrictive Renovation Guidelines: The major issue I’ve faced is the restrictive renovation rules. As a bare unit, it is natural for homeowners to want to customize their living spaces. However, the inability to perform even minor hacking or conceal essential piping and wiring significantly limits the personalization and functionality of the unit.

The air-cond outlet layout is rigid, and while the outlets are prepared, no piping was installed. The layout is chaotic, and no concealment is allowed, leading to a cluttered look.
The water piping is restricted to the yard area, and we are not allowed to move it to the dry kitchen. This inconvenience greatly affects the practicality of the space.

Lack of Flexibility for Owners: As owners, we expect some degree of freedom to modify our units, especially given the significant investment of RM 500K.
While I understand the need to protect the structure of the building, the rules are too rigid. Even minor adjustments to improve aesthetics and functionality, like hiding exposed pipes or adjusting layouts, are not permitted. This makes the unit feel unfinished and cheapens the overall experience.

Design and Color Restrictions: The lack of options when it comes to window designs and colors from the balcony to the yard area further limits customization.

Having a few pre-approved alternatives could go a long way in improving owner satisfaction.

While the construction quality and timely handover have been positives, the restrictive renovation rules have greatly affected my overall experience.

As homeowners, we expect more flexibility, especially when it comes to improving the functionality and appearance of our living spaces. I hope the developer will consider changing the structure of renovation and customization in future projects to better meet the needs of buyers.

Got spa late,charge interest and let us know after about 3mths.One malay lady keeps cutting me of as though she is paying for our unit.We pay u not the other way around.Who got u this job as I know u are not fit for it.

Reported defects for more than 3 months but no feedback from develop at all despite attempted calling developer staff in charge 'LOUISSA' multiple times. BAD INTEGRITY AND IRRESPONSIBLE

worst developer ever! i m owner of unit tuan residency jalan kuching . i had leaking from window since april 2023 . although DLP period ended , my technician found that windoe wasnt installed properly instead it was installed in shorter length . This is what we call 偷工减料. i contacted CPI land PIC multiple times . I explained and emailed personally to her .She taken my contact number and told will contact me and update me again . However , no call after a week . The when i call she direct me to customer care and told me customer care contacted my tenant instead . I was shocked by all this irresponsible and ridiculous act. SInce i m the owner , why do they need to contact tenant without acknowledging my presence as an owner of the unit. The reason why i need to bring in developer to discuss is 1. my unit is at level 16 . impossible for my technician to climb that height and reinstall window 2. cost will be very high 3. the leaking is due to work of developer which is not proper . CPI land is very dissappointing and i shall practise my right as a owner bring this to tribunal if not action taken though it will bring me alot of hassles and efforts.

史上最差开发商!我是古晋路 Unit Tuan Residency 的。自 2023 年 4 月以来,我的窗户一直漏水。虽然DLP期结束了,但我的技术人员发现windoe没有正确安装,而是安装了较短的长度。这就是我们所说的偷工减料。我多次联系 CPI 和 PIC。我向她解释并亲自发电子邮件给她。她拿了我的联系电话并告诉我会联系我并再次更新我的信息。然而一周后没有电话。当我打电话时,她引导我去客户服务中心,并告诉我客户服务中心联系了我的租户。我对这种不负责任和荒谬的行为感到震惊。既然我是业主,为什么他们需要在不承认我作为单位业主的情况下联系租户。我需要引入开发者来讨论的原因是1.我的单位是16级。我的技术人员不可能爬到那个高度并重新安装窗户 2. 成本会非常高 3. 泄漏是由于开发商的工作不当造成的。 CPI 的土地非常令人失望,如果不采取行动,我将行使作为业主的权利,将其提交法庭,尽管这会给我带来很多麻烦和努力。

I am one of the owner of Tuan residency. The toilet door they provided are not waterproof. Just 1 month it start to be soaky and out of shape. Carpark ramp are too narrow. If u drive SUV u better consider not buying their projects. Many units windows start to have leaking issue. The wall is uneven. The swimming pool is facing shoplot rooftop. They have another better view but they choose the rooftops view. The gym is small. Only the lobby is looking fancy.

disappointed with poor quality build as there is watermark which appears near the window after raining. there issue has been reported and fixed by the defect team multiple times, but the watermark still appear. I hope the developer can look into this matter. thanks
