Poor after sales service provided from this developer after payment for house purchase is made. I would seriously reconsider buying any property from them if I were you. They are very slow in responding to any defect damage repairs and communication of progress is poor. Not to mention what seems to be cronyism happening in their after-sale defect repair process, resulting in us communicating only with the developer and them passing down information to contractors. This cause a lot of miscommunication. Hope this can be improved in the future.
